SEH BAC - Southend レビュー

Fantastic service from visiting the showroom in Southend, the sales representative home appointment, the surveyor home visit and the fitting of our composite front door.
Everyone was professional and friendly - we were kept informed of the estimated delivery date. The fitter did an excellent job fitting our door, and making sure we were happy with the fitting. Everything was left clean and tidy. A fantastic service from start to finish!

We have used the company 3 times and fitting and product has been good quality although they have made the same mistake 3 times by bringing the wrong windows. The problem was quickly rectified and the fitting commenced. As I say fitters are very good quiet and polite and the windows are very good quality

Great experience from start to finish. This company makes purchasing doors and products very simple. They were honest about what different products will do and help to guide me into the right direction for what was needed for my property would highly recommend.

Recently use SEHBAC for 11 windows and 3 doors ....we are very happy 😊
The installation was by Tony and Mike , very hardworkers and professional. All done 🙏

Darren and Tyler who fitted the doors were absolutely amazing. Did an incredible job and were so friendly and answered all the questions we had. The doors look amazing and the fit is incredible. We could not be happier. Just to say again Tyler and Darren are an absolute credit to the company.

After first class advice and service in the showroom, the first day of our installation arrived. Tony and Mike arrived early (I think from the Rayleigh dept) and went through everything they would be doing. They both did a fantastic job, and the attention to detail was fantastic. We have one problem with a window, which they noticed and called Steve out, who arrived within 30 minutes. He arranged for the problem window to be replaced. I cannot praise all involved highly enough. 2 day installation completed and now 2 days of cladding, which has got off to a great start

Excellent service from beginning to end very good price fitting with extremely easy clean and efficient

I had my front door fitted yesterday 8/9th. Fitter was very good. Very tidy and clean worker. Overall experience was excellent.

Very professional service, quality products and a good range. The surveyor explained clearly how the doors are made and the fact that the doors and windows they replace are recycled reducing waste.

I have no minuses with this company. Had a conservatory 3 years ago which I'm really happy with they organized the whole build efficiently and everything went without a hitch. Received all relevant certificates after completion, brilliant. I have recently used them for doors and windows experiencing the same level of care and efficiency. Thank you to everyone at SEHBAC for your honest service...

The price was competative

Our experience with the company has been fantastic from start to finish including the lovely member of staff who took our payment. Installation of our front door was seamless. Very pleased with the door and how it looks.
