Absolute joke of a company. Ordered a watch with GPS but then read the reviews which were awful. Tried to stop the delivery of the watch but "customer service" claimed it was too late. When I wanted to return the watch they claimed it was too late but gave me a discount. I´ve had the watch 2 months and the GPS function doesn´t work very well and the bluetooth connection is a joke. Two days ago the watch stopped working completely and now it´s proving very difficult to get any sort of a refund. Steer clear of these scammers!

ganz schlechte erfahrung!!
der knochschallkopfhörer den ich kaufte funktionierte in der lautstärkenregelung nocht und die passform war für mich zu groß. die rückgabe wurde mit schlechter KI Kommunikation vereitelt auf der homepage steht eine rücksendeadresse, die als falsch genannt wird - kopfhörer weg - geld weg!!

Pr. 13. nov 25 ingen respons, til tross for purring i mellomtiden! 11. nov ble klarna belastet, altså ordre antatt effektuert?
STYR UNNA, ingen respons på mail, ignorer e-post. Ikke seriøs nettbutikk!

On 10/30, I ordered a Sekoda Air purifier, for $179., but, to date, 11/8, no word from them about delivery info. They don,t have a direct line phone help and, no info on their website either.

Om jeg kunne gitt de minus stjerner hadde jeg gjort det. Kjøpte ett sekoda comfort Max headsett som kom ut best i test til 1299 fikk tilsendt ett headset yx-70 som koster 12.99 dollar på andre nettbutikker sier at dette er ikke det jeg har bestilt de sier at de gir meg 30% avslag om jeg lukker tvisten hos klarna jeg sier at den lukkes ikke før saken er løst. Da mener de jeg skal returnere headsetet godt innpakket, kom i en boble konvolutt, betale frakt 35 dollar, kostnadene til og fra Hong Kong og betale de ett 15% ekspedisjonsgebyr og om de blir stoppet i tollen er det mitt ansvar.
Har aldri vært borti ett mere useriøs firma.

Sekoda-se = reiner Betrug! Ohrhörer für 109.- Euro bestellt und bezahlt, Billigprodukt mit mieser Qualität aus China erhalten. Rückerstattung nur bei Rücksendung, die allerdings mit äussert komplizierten und teuren Bedingungen verknüpft ist.

I stupidly purchased form this company and when I went to check tracking my internet security aslerted me to this being A MALICIOUS WEBSITE.
Reporting tp the bank now and HOPEFULLY will get a refund.

Do not buy from Sekoda. I paid for earbuds that were never delivered — and they’ve ignored every message since. No refund, no apology, no support.

Sekoda is a sham operation. They take your money, vanish, and pretend customer service doesn’t exist. It’s disgraceful, dishonest, and completely unacceptable.

avoid Sekoda at all costs - police should be notified and those involved jailed.

Product never arrived and company won’t respond to email.
I ordered the Sekoda bone conduction headphones after seeing them too a list of best headphones. Paid £109 and expected them to be shipped. Unfortunately the company used Evri who promptly lost the parcel. Evri said it’s up to the company I purchased from to refund me. Sekoda have ignored every single email. Do not purchase from these people.

Ordered branded ear buds for $199 based on research and received unbranded ear buds that I could purchase for $64 online elsewhere. Very misleading and deceptive. First and last time ordering from Sekoda.

Having Major issue getting a reply to return an item.
After purchasing a watch a got email of a 5% discount which i assuned was from the order made. They took money twice.
The watch is lovely.

I wish had taken my time to do a research about this FAKE Sakoda electric shaver before I paid $159 for an electric shaver I could easily purchase from Temu to $20 maximum. The clipper has no brand name, no accessories included as advertised, and no speed as an electric shaver would sound and shave.
This is completely pure garbage.
I have really been scammed.
How I wish had done my due diligence.
I have sent an email for a refund process but with all these bad reviews I have read online about their service, I'm not sure my email will be answered but if they do, I will edit my review.
I have my fingers crossed wsiting for a reply.

I thought I had purchased Sekoda ear buds through their website Sekoda.co.uk for £99 what was delivered was a generic XY-70 with absolutely no Sekoda trade marks on the packaging or product. These can be purchased for £20. I asked the Sekoda for the legitimate ones, they responded the XY-70's are their product. Save your money and buy them elsewhere.

Should be able to give negative stars. Customer service is a bad joke. Product worked for two uses, then nothing. Company refuses to reply. No refund or replacement offered. Avoid like the plague!

They should send the product you were paying for. I piad for a hair clipper and got a no name grooming kit worth nothing. scammed

The Skoda Shaver was a very inferior product for the price
