Within minutes of filling out info online they were calling and helping figure out the best insurance for me. Organized in home medical exam and kept me updated every step of the way!

Each of the representatives were for the most part timely in their responses back to me on outstanding questions. Had a sense of no real pressure to sign but rather what was best for me and then the time to consider. Only negative (but a very small negative :) ) is that several times when the signup email with link was sent it either was expired or reflected not up-to-date information. Overall rating was positive.
