Dissatisfactory Shopping Insurance Experience with Select Quote
Supposedly they shop homeowner insurance policies for consumers objectively,
In my experience, the Select Quote insurance agent was not offering the most appropriate coverage for me and instead was promoting insurance policies that benefited the agent.
The Select Quote agent was aggressive, rude and unprofessional. He reminded me used car salesman who had no guilt selling someone a lemon car.

you did check other insurance companies. I received substantially lower quotes from Prudential and Corebridge Financial. Essentially 1/2 the price

Would have been a 5 star but we when we asked for a certain amount of insurance, the First Gentleman said it was available and he would send us a quote which we never received. Thought your agent should have been better knowledgeable about your products.

I’m a 59 year old male
I’m a 59 year old male, since my life insurance is ending at the end of the year I thinking to get another one . I called select quote and they gave a quote of $1200 per month for $500k term insurance. I got a pathology report for them and is my PSA is .05%. This people are out of their mind. A big F.. to select quote. I just got another company and they gave 15% of the price. But still a little too much , for the price I was going to spend on insurance I rather spend it in the stock market.
