We’re genuinely sorry you feel this way, but we do feel that we've taken very good care of you.

From day one, we went well beyond what was required of us. When your delivery had issues, we personally covered $250 in complimentary accessories out of our own pocket , not the shipping company and not the manufacturer.

When your bench later broke, SaunaLife determined it was not a warranty issue due to the way that it was installed. Despite that, we still placed the replacement order at our own expense because we felt it was the right thing to do.

On top of that, when you had an issue with a hygrometer and demanded a full refund instead of going through the warranty process, we still approved it, even though this goes outside of our stated policies, and we were not reimbursed.

Many customers choose to purchase through Select Saunas specifically because we step in like this and handle issues even when the manufacturer won’t.

We understand delays are frustrating, but replacement parts for these saunas ship internationally and lead times are ultimately dependent on both the manufacturer and freight carriers. We’ve continued to push for updates and advocate on your behalf the entire time.

We stand by the fact that we did care, particularly behind the scenes. I will reach out to you as soon as I have a more concrete ETA on your replacements.

Thanks for your feedback. We understand how frustrating shipping delays can be.

Once an order is booked for shipping, transit times are handled entirely by the carrier, which, unfortunately, can be unpredictable at times. We are glad the shipment ultimately reached you.

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way, but your statements are simply not true. We did respond regarding your order, multiple times, and we have records of every interaction.

Your PA contacted us repeatedly through call and live chat, and we assisted with a status update using the tracking information that was sent to you nearly two weeks. This is the exact same tracking information that was emailed to you on November 20th.

On the day your PA asked for tracking again, we sent it directly to him via email as requested, which again we have records of. Later that same day, you emailed threatening a chargeback if you “didn’t hear about delivery,” even though the tracking details had already been sent and your PA had been advised to contact the carrier directly for delivery timing.

There was no lapse in communication, we responded every time and provided the tracking promptly, both to you and your PA. You already had full access to the tracking, and during the busiest time of the year we can’t prioritize repeated requests for the exact same information.

Carrier delays are outside anyone’s control, and the most accurate delivery updates always come directly from the carrier. We’re happy to help, but we do expect the tracking we send to be reviewed rather than asked for again and again.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Your rain jacket shipped the afternoon before this review was posted, just after we had gone offline for the day, which is why you hadn’t yet received tracking details at the time.

I completely understand how frustrating it can feel to be waiting without an update, but please note we responded to your message on the same day, shortly after you asked for an update, so I don't feel it's completely fair to call us unresponsive.

Stock for this item was listed as limited right on the product page, which can occasionally add a short processing delay. We always do our best to keep customers informed and ship as quickly as possible, and we truly appreciate your patience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We completely understand your frustration with the delay. While your sauna did, in fact, ship out quickly as promised, it was held up at the local carrier’s warehouse for an unusually long period, which was entirely on their end.

As soon as you reported this, we reached out to SaunaLife’s shipping team (who manage the carrier) to investigate. By the time we received an update, your delivery had already been completed. If it were in our hands directly, we would have resolved this same day, but because we use our supplier’s shipping account to pass on cost savings to our customers, communication sometimes takes longer than we’d like.

We’re very glad to hear everything arrived safely despite the rough crate condition, and that your heater is performing well. We’ve reported the issues with packaging, so this can be reviewed and prevented going forward. Thank you again for your patience with your order.

We completely understand how frustrating this situation must be. That said, your messages came through on a Saturday outside of our clearly stated operating days and hours, which is why you didn’t receive an immediate response. We were not ignoring you, we just weren't in the office at that time.

It’s disappointing to see a review left before we had the opportunity to assist, as we take pride in resolving any issues promptly. We’ve already reached out to request photos of the sauna you received so we can work with Almost Heaven to arrange the correct replacements as soon as possible.
