It's the best credit builder app I ever use the only problem I have is when I make a payment don't take 2 days to post it to my account it should be the same day as you receive the payment. Messing up... もっず芋る

I am on my second round for building my credit up higher. Self has never let me down. I have only had to call customer service once. They were very polite, professional, and knowledgeable.

It Works But Don't Expect Customer Service Help

I spoke with an associate today about escalating my case about a card I've been waiting to arrive for about a month now (a card with my own money on it), and I financially can't wait another 10 to 15 business days after reordering. The escalation would ask for approval to expedite the card.

The associate (I forgot her name) then hung up on me instead of transferring me.

The frustration I feel is high. Every time I require assistance from this company it is usually a 1 out of 10 in satisfaction.

Summary: I have been waiting for a month for the credit card to arrive, it never did, and when I tried to reorder it and have it expedited, I was hung up on.

Service: 0/ 10 Every Singe Time.

I wouldn't give it any stars

I wouldn't give it any stars, but you have to leave at least 1, First of all it's not a loan, you do not receive any money, you just pay 25.00$ every month, to God knows who, And if you have it automatically with drawn out of your account they take it a week before it due, and if it isn't in there they charge you a late fee, plus $25.00. Do not recommend this at all. I will continue to pay this for the remaining time I have to. Because if I don't it will give me a negative credit review on my report. Which I don't understand how it can, because I never received any funds, I'm just paying something, don't even know if it a human.
