Well, I'm still waiting for significant improvements to my credit score. But managing this credit card is helping me develop better use of any credit card. And the want of paying off and never using credit again

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I've called in multiple times because their app/website always has a glitch and you cant log in. It has been 30 days, and they cant log me in to set up autopay and now im getting emails that I'm going to be charged, meanwhile I've been in contact with 5 calls and they tell me to wait for an email that came 3 days later!! Email came in which was ZERO help and nobody will get on the phone to get this done!!! It's insanity in 2026 that a company's support/technical issue exist like this.

The payments are easy to made, they truly help me to going up in my credit, they are amazing company, no complaints

2 star because things went great for almost 2 years and the last 2 months I found them to take payments out before the due date and causing my payment to decline and then charging me a late fe for a payment that was ran way too early. There is no professionalism when talking to customer Care. I requested a supervisor and a week later I had to call back and ask for a supervisor again because nonody cared to call me. I then had to wait over 20 minutes for said supervisor and he literally just helped me close my account for lack of accountability for their part and refusal to fix it. It really didn't help my credit that much over all and just became more of a hassle towards the end of the agreement with miraculous decline fees and things with the payments not going through which never happened before in the 2 year agreement we had.

NO IMMEADIATE ACCESS TO MY MONEY IS PROBLEMATIC!

This app sucks I’ve been waiting on an offer for about 2 months and when I do get one it’s only for 30 dollars if that I’ve been wth them for 1 yr and when u do take an advance they sure don’t take there time to get it back from u whether u have it in ur bank or not well from now on if I continue to use them which I don’t have a choice cause everytime I call them to delete my account I’m told they can’t delete it so fyi there keeping peoples bank account info which is theft by the way I’m gonna be reporting these people there not Americans by the way they lie steal from us it’s a damn scam I really don’t think they would like it if we did that to them and I know that they will respond to this saying contact us to handle this blah blah blah y’all need to be shut down for real if I had the choice I would shut y’all down y’all are criminals and I’m gonna be talking to my lawyer about this have a good day sorry I meant have a terrible day

Not impressed with these idiots. They keep blocking my card because they don't like what i'm buying. Then After they opened the account and took my money and act like it was theirs.They wanted all this extra documentation for identification. I mean, it's well-known that credit card companies are like the lowest life form on earth.But I have to experience it to see it firsthand.

When I first enrolled I was unsure but I had a very low credit score but with on time payments with you guys have helped me tremendously improve my credit and have great opportunities ahead you guys are the best !

Having to rebuild from the ground up isn't the easiest thing to do, but Having help along the way with the foundation gets me off my feet

Have not been able to use my card because it is always denied for unusual activity. The customer service number does not work. I have called it many times. I have emailed them also and have gotten no response.

The company is helping to build my credit which is great but if you miss a payment due to lack of funds it will negatively impact your credit score. Wish there was a better window in which the timeframe allowed you to make the payment and not fall behind more
