I originally gave them 1 star as felt like the lack of response to my calls and emails felt like a scam and I had lost my laptop.

After writing here they did get in touch to let me know they had been busy which is why it had taken so long to respond to me. I get that but more than a week seemed a little stretched.

The original valuation seemed great but due to some faults it was dropped by a third. I appreciate that if it cannot be used etc, however I woulf suggest upgrading the software that takes the quotes to help with being able to put in more details so the quotes would be a closer match to the payout.

I have increased my rating as once communication started things went smoothly. It was the initial lack of communication that led me to not go to 4 stars.

I recently upgraded to a MacBook and decided to sell my unused laptop. I highly recommend this company over others due to their superior buying prices, or selling the item through pages such as vinted and eBay where scammers and other problems can arise.

Very easy process to sell any laptop. Postage is all dealt with, you send it off, they check it, then swift payment into bank or PayPal. Personally I'd recommend as you're kept updated every step of the way.
Lovely to know my laptop will get a second life to someone who will love it just as I did.

Excellent company to send your old laptop or computer for recycling

a day or two business days longer than their stated time to go from them receiving parcel to receiving paymeny but everything is smooth and easy so 100% recommend. 30% return for a 4 year old faulty laptop.

Sent off my laptop. DPD driver was abrupt but that's nothing to do with them- no comms at all several days later, so I chased it up. Company are incredibly uninterested in chasing it up, I have nagged them daily to call DPD, and all they can say is 'I've cc'ed you in to my email with dpd.' They asked me to confirm my laptop colour and the date it was sent, but it's worrying how little urgency they are showing or responsibility about the fact that they sent a courier to collect my device and it has been lost somewhere along the way. Awful experience, use someone else, it's not worth the slightly better price in case something goes wrong. I sent another device elsewhere on the same day and had it paid the following day.

This company will give you the best price for your laptop hands down! Had mine valued at curry’s and other top places to buy tech and they offered way less, great communication and fast payment, recommend 100%!

5 x Star experience from start to finish, within just over a week from start to finish I was sent a return box and monies paid into my bank account. I was paid twice as much for my Mac Book Pro as from Apple and John Lewis offers

What a poor service offered £ 297 on a 2022 HP laptop, never been used then on inspection 25.97 offered.
Also when put the address on Google maps the address is apparently a hedge?

Really easy process, good communication and a fair price despite some faults found.
