So easy to work with. I had an issue of my book. Not arriving that I returned, but they fixed the issue very quickly. Thank you world of books. I will never buy new again!!

It was much easier than I expected to sell my books and having them picked up from the house made it even easier. Would definitely recommend.

Am I the only one having horrendous issues with the new 'shelf' feature? Great idea but it doesn't work. My 1st query to Sell Your Books was to report that the 'delete' button didn't work - frustrating when the shelf has thousands of items on it. I was told it was ' work in progress '.
Much worse was to come when the system decided to add most, (but not all), of my shelf items to my trade ie about 3000. I emailed asking for urgent assistance and a few days later received an apology - no explanation, let alone a remedy. After countless hours of checking/deleting, I was down to 700. Now another 3000 have been added!

Great App easy to use and gives you all the info you need to complete your trade, great prices offered and remember it stops items going to landfill so great recycling.

Prompt payment, easy and pleasant transaction. Won't make a fortune but a great way to dispose of read books and dvd's

Easy and simple to use

My books were sold for charity so it was great to get the best price.

The app is quick and very easy to use, and collection is excellent. However I was very disappointed that many books you had accepted were then refused after receipt, though they were all in much better condition than some I have purchased from you! This resulted in only half the money that was expected, and as it is going to charity it was disappointing.

STRAIGHTFORWRD AND EASY TO DESPATCH.

It was really easy to scan and set up but the app didnt re cognise my address. I had to sign in online to complete my trade. Otherwise it was really good
