Great App easy to use and gives you all the info you need to complete your trade, great prices offered and remember it stops items going to landfill so great recycling.

Prompt payment, easy and pleasant transaction. Won't make a fortune but a great way to dispose of read books and dvd's

Easy and simple to use

My books were sold for charity so it was great to get the best price.

The app is quick and very easy to use, and collection is excellent. However I was very disappointed that many books you had accepted were then refused after receipt, though they were all in much better condition than some I have purchased from you! This resulted in only half the money that was expected, and as it is going to charity it was disappointing.

STRAIGHTFORWRD AND EASY TO DESPATCH.

It was really easy to scan and set up but the app didnt re cognise my address. I had to sign in online to complete my trade. Otherwise it was really good

This is not the first time that the 15% code hasn't worked!
Plus if you have a query there is only a "bot" to talk to who doesn't know the answer to the questions.

Pros: Easy to scan and shipping, with convenient collections.

Cons:Not great as said some books weren't set, I only found out when I wasn't paid as much as agreed. No contact, No explanation, no response to questions.

Excellent! User friendly app where I could quickly scan the ISBN numbers of my books and get an instant offer or refusal. Collection from home the following day which was free - all that I needed to do was box up the books. Timely collection of my boxes, rapid processing of them at the warehouse and instant no quibble payment. Highly recommended to anyone who has surplus books lying around cluttering up their homes.
