I requested a quote on Friday and was able to get my car picked the following Monday. I even received detailed instructions on how to prepare my title. When the towing company came, it took less than five minutes to hook up my car and receive the check from the tow driver. Best service EVER!

It was quick and easy. Put in a request for a quote on Sunday, and the car was picked up on Tuesday for the amount quoted. They were on top of everything, got in touch with me quickly, and kept me up to date with what they were doing. This is my second time using the service and will use them again.

I am so disappointed that I even tried to use this method to sell my car. At first I got a reasonable offer, but it never happened. No body even tried to contact me or even attempt to come pick up my vehicle. ITS A BIG JOKE.... I DONOT recommend this to anyone serious about trying to sell their car.

The process overall was very simple. Did the quote, someone contacted to schedule pick up, and they showed up. However, I read a lot of reviews saying they did not receive the full amount they were quoted on the website and that happened to me as well. I was transparent about what was wrong with the car and then the person assigned to pick up my vehicle asked further questions, called his boss, and told me they could only offer me a significant amount lower than I was quoted. Personally I was looking for an easy way to get rid of my car so I went ahead with it despite the lower price, but just be wary. If you are looking to get the full amount you deserve for your vehicle, I'd say go elsewhere.

Sellmycaronline made selling my junker so simple. The quote only needed a few questions answered, and they stayed in contact with me throughout the whole pick up process. I expected spam emails and calls and wasn't harassed at all. And I wasn't given a bare minimum payment for my car, which was really great. I will happily reach out again.

Great price. Drivers were super nice! They were worried because they left some ruts in the grass because the car didn’t have wheels. They kept trying to patch the ruts even though I told them not to bother with it. Only negative thing was the driver did not call an hour before pickup as the email said they would.

I would never use them again. They had all the info even vin number. They said 525, nothing had been replaced. When they got here said 440 because it was a cheap catalytic converter. It was the one that came with the car. Like an idiot I took the money. And they sent me a receipt for 500. So I guess the driver took the 60. Not honest and very shady company.

Fast easy nice and paid better than pull apart

Okay I ran into a few problems and feel like I got gypped .One, the offer I claimed online changed at pick up, even though my car was a nice running not even a junk car I got way less than I claimed on the offer because I replaced the catalytic converter which is bull because I’m junking the car not really reselling the car which I’m sure they are going to end up selling or keeping for themselves ,I should have kept it and sold it privately. Although the guy that picked up my car was nice I couldn’t understand a word he was saying he spoke pretty much zero English so it made my experience kinda awkward. But my biggest issue is if you give an offer and someone claims an offer you need to stick that offer. I feel like I’m owed the rest of my orginal offer.
