Terrible. Run-Run-Run. away from them. Bought Tickets for Tokyo Karts in Houston and the event has been postponed several times. I requested my money back and they seem to give you the run around. Will get our Attorney involved.

Terrible! This place is a scam! I purchased tickets for Tokyo Karts in CLT Oct 2025 for March 7, 2026. They emailed me a few days before the event and stated it’s been postponed to September 19, 2026. I asked for a refund and they offered me a credit to use at any of their events. I declined and stated I want my refund and was ignored after that. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY TICKETS FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Revising my review back down to the original score of 1 star because even while I somehow managed to get a refund, none of my friends did. Tokyo Karts and Sellout Tickets are a total scam!

I'm updating this review to keep my promise below. Since my initial post, I was refunded the full amount, but that was after multiple previous emails in the past few months which never received a response until I posted here. I consider the matter to have been resolved satisfactorily. While frustrated by the delays in getting my refund, I am now neutral towards Sellout Tickets (hence the 3 stars) but would not recommend people do not book any Tokyo Karts events from their website. I will not hesitate to update this review again if anything changes.

I wish I could give zero stars.
A "Tokyo Karts" event I paid for has been "moved" multiple times and is now "postponed" more than 15 months past the original date. They respond to reviews here asking you to email them, but I've done that multiple times with zero response. I'm signing up for Trustpilot just to leave this review in the hope it keeps just one person from getting scammed by them in the future. If Sellout Tickets actually processes a refund, then I will happily update my review to reflect a bad review of the event organizers rather than the ticketing agency.

Absolute scam! Do not purchase from sellout. We purchased last March, and the event date has been switched 3xs now. After doing research I see they have done this numerous of times all over USA. Im so disgusted with people doing this to other people.

I fully second everything that previous reviews have stated. Sellout Tickets is a scam. Their events are a scam. They will take your money, continue to "reschedule" the event and then refuse to refund it to you because it is still "scheduled". By the time you realize it's all a scam, it is too late to dispute it with your credit card. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!!

I purchased 2 tickets for the Baltimore Tokyo Go Kart and it got postponed from March to September and at first they wanted to give me credit for their next event or the one in September. I requested a refund and they sent me a link and stated it would take 6 months for the refund. Just going to the bank and deal with them that way. I don't want to give them anymore of my information. SCAM if 2/10 are good reviews it could be the company giving themselves good reviews. I am not,will not and there are no 0 stars to give....

This is clearly a scam. I will be reporting fraud through my credit card.

I rated 1 star just because there’s no option of giving zero star. I bought the Mario Kart London ticket and got postponed. I only found out it is a scam when I searched online and found out that many others experienced the same scam.

Sellout tickets is a warm bed for scammers! I just hope that they can be more proactively approaching these buyers but obviously they didn’t.

Definitely do not use them for tickets to an event!! Event postponed to a later date. I have emailed several times requesting a refund. No response

I bought two tickets for a Wizards Feast event on January 31, 2026 in Philadelphia at a cost of $228. Ten days before the event, I received notice that it was cancelled and provided with alternative dates in April, during which I will be out of the country. After going online, I have seen that this has happened to others multiple times and is a scam. Don't be fooled!

Bought tickets to Mario Karts Vancouver. Moved twice with no notice.
Tried contacting organizer and no response.
This is a total scam

Went to a dining experience in Perth booked via here. The food was 6.5/10 but the entertainment and atmosphere was brilliant.

No issues at all.

Its not real. I lost $208 for the Dirty Dancing event. This is a scam.

Scam I bought 10 tickets for karts Tokyo . They are still offering more days

We showed up and the venue said there was no event at that place. The bouncer said since last summer more than 100 people had been scammed. Sell-out tickets has used this bar repeatedly on ticket confirmations but has never worked with the owners. Total scam!!!

Bought ticket for the event one month in advance only to be told the event was cancelled not long before the event date. Said it would be postponed to 4 month later and details will be shared once available. Event did not happen on the postponed date and no refund given after requested for over a month

This place is a scam. Paid over $215 for the worst experience. We bought tickets to a "Wizard Feast'. If you have seen the Willy Wonka Tik Tok scam this is pretty much the same. The only thing Harry Potter-themed were the cheap costumes the 'Hosts' wore. We were seated at a low nightclub bar table in a booth cramped with 6 other random people. The table was filthy, and so was the cutlery. I had to ask several times for a glass of water which took 15 minutes each time and she was incredibley rude. The hosts talked in poor britich accents and asked us to guess how many jelly beans were in a jar, gave us pieces of paper with wizards schools and played a mini quiz. It was like something from a after school special. The first course was a chicken salad which was like rubber. The second course we got 5 minutes before we left which was a individual mini cheesecake. No drinks, refreshments, or atmosphere. It is actual robbery. My friend orderd a soda and it came in a small glass with more ice than soda and was charged an additional $6.50. I was so embarassed as I had bought this as a gift for a birthday present. They also walked through the room with open buckets of garbage. I actually thought we were on a punked tv show.

Never purchase any events hosted by this company . They NEVER give a refund just the run around

Disgusting and ignorant company should be shut down

Purchased tickets to an event 3 months in advance. The week of the event, I received an email stating it was cancelled. No option for a refund was offered, but instead, an alternative event that was not even in my city. I requested a refund, was given a form to complete to provide confirmation of my purchase, and I have been waiting over 2 weeks. Still nothing.

Bought tickets to an event that did not exist. Drove to location and no one knew about it.
