Hello Ruslans,

We’re sorry to hear that our service didn’t fully meet your expectations, and that you had to wait longer than expected for assistance.

Please note, that the delay with your transaction was related to the fact that your bank initially rejected the payment, which caused the process to take longer than usual. We’re glad to see that our team has already responded and resolved your issue.

Our small team does its absolute best to resolve all matters within 24 hours, but we’re truly sorry if, in your case, it took longer.

We’d really love to know how we could make your experience with our site better - please feel free to reach out to us via the live chat on our website or by email. We’d be glad to hear your feedback and ensure your next experience is smoother.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Hello Jamie,

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and the long wait you faced.

As you know, our team has already reached back to you and your issue with your payout has been fully resolved!

The delay turned out to be related to your bank rejecting the payout from our side, even though the transfer itself is sent instantly from us. This is what caused both the delay in receiving funds and the need to involve a human support agent.

We’re genuinely sorry that this left you disappointed with our service. We’re a relatively small team, but we do our absolute best to respond as quickly as possible and to fully resolve any payment problems.

We’d kindly ask you to reach out to us again via live chat or email - we’d really like the chance to make your experience with our site better.

awsome support agent good respond times after accepting my ticket

the support agent was very nice and once he acaully accepted my ticket or however it works he was always responding within minutes 1-5. why not 5 star is i had to wait 4 hours to acaully get to speak with someone in my case i didnt really mind but i would see how that would be anoying for someone since on the website it says that a support agent should be with me within an hour
