We want to assure you that trades on our site are only processed via official SellYourSkins bot account, therefore you are not in risk of having casual, everyday trades reversed - such as on usual P2P marketplaces - where users will often reverse to take financial advantage.

Please note that the only trade reversals that ever occured on our bots were on the day of October 24. These were not related to market prices or financial decisions, but rather to a severe technical malfunction that occurred right after the CS2 Knife Trade-up update.

Trading was fully disabled by 2:00 AM CEST to protect users, but a server-side issue caused a small number of trades to still go through incorrectly.

These were later reversed in line with our service policies - not out of bad will, but to maintain fairness and platform integrity for all users. Your items were safely returned to your Steam account, right after this flaw was discovered.

We truly appreciate your understanding in this matter, and apologize for all the inconvenience caused 😔

At the time of writing your review, the CS2 Trade Protection has not ended yet - this finishes on 9 AM CEST (European) time, or 3 AM of your Florida timezone.

Once the trade protection period finished, your payout was sent out automatically, according to what we promise - and delivered successfully to your Venmo/PayPal wallet.

I have verified details regarding your sale on our site. According to our banking logs, your bank transfer was sent right after Trade Protection period ended (Wednesday, 1 October at 09:25 CEST time).

This transfer was successfully received by your bank in Czech Republic on Wednesday, 1 October at 14:08. This is standard delivery time (in the first incoming transfers session of your bank) - and nothing was delayed here.

Please note, that Czech banks do not support Instant SEPA bank transfers, therefore it is natural for transfer to take up to a few hours on working days. I can assure you that this has nothing to do with the functioning of our service.
