They did a great job with my multi lock. Needed a more complicated lock and they managed to unlock it and change it for me in half an hour. Would use SE Locksmith again.

Needed the lock mechanism on a back door fixed (not the actual lock, but the metal rail part, which had corroded away). Be sure to request a receipt for any parts they claim to purchase for you. Alex did the job fine, but claimed the spare part cost £339 + VAT without any proof of purchase; when I queried it he went back to the house (with tenants in), and started to uninstall it, then held me to ransom on the phone until I paid! Absolute cowboys, steer clear. Paid over £600 in total and feel like i've been completely ripped off!
UPDATE: They offered £100 for me to take down the bad reviews and replace with a good review, which makes me question all their other reviews now. I asked for a £150 refund to delete my bad reviews but not replace with false reviews. But then they reneged even on that...

Had the locksmith over when needed a door unlock service. It was an emergency locksmith request and they were at my location in 15 minutes. I lost my key and needed to get inside, glad SE Locksmith was so prompt even at a late hour.

Had the SE locksmith over my place for a lockout. Lost keys minutes ago and had to ask for 24 hour locksmiths to help. Steve did a fast job, had the door open for us in 10 minutes! Will use the emergency service again if necessary. Thank you
