We sincerely apologize for the lack of communication regarding your flight changes and the hassle it created at hotel check-in. It's clear we fell short in relaying that crucial information to the hotel, and we also regret that you had to proactively reach out for payment reminders. We're reviewing our internal procedures to ensure this doesn't happen again.

We also appreciate your constructive feedback regarding the difficulty in finding your race day viewing location compared to qualifying day. Your observation about the pink hats being easily identifiable is very helpful, and we will absolutely take this into consideration for improving our signage and staff visibility for future events to ensure our guests can find their way effortlessly.
