Superb hospitality by Senate
My wife & I enjoyed a superb day at the Monaco Historic GP on the terrace of the Hermitage Hotel. The buffet & bar were endless & excellent, the atmosphere & viewing position great but the coup de grace was the exceptional hospitality of our hosts the Steer family. My friend ordered seats for our group of five for the Grand Prix as well as a lunch at Cafe de Paris. He raved about the service well before the race; and sure enough, upon arrival at meeting place we were escorted to the entrance to the stands by a lovely young lady. We all were amazed by the seat selections. We set by the Pit Stop and had great view of both the race and the activities at the Pit Stop. The lunch was nothing to speak about, but we came to watch the race and left with lifelong memories. Thank you very much of organizing such a wonderful package. Well done.

Simply put, i could not ask for anything more for the reasonable price we paid!
The entire process, from placing the order, to picking up the tickets, to being personally escorted to your venue on the date of the race - AMAZING! efficient and proper. And the seats!!! Seating in front of a turn so the race cars slow down and you can get a good look at, and pit lane is immediately to our right and very visible, who can ask for anything more?! Just got back from Monaco 2024
Just got back from Monaco 2024. Bought grandstand seating for Friday, La Rascasse for Saturday and Caffe Milano for the race on Sunday. Also booked our hotel in Nice through Senate. Everything was great until Sunday at Caffe Milano. We paid $3,935 each for 2 passes to Milano. The location was WAAAAY oversold and extremely overcrowded, which made it difficult to impossible to get a "front row viewing" of the race. The food and service were good, but the overcrowding ruined it for us. Would never book this particular location again and felt it was a waste of money and a disappointing way to end an otherwise great experience.

Disappointed with our seat allocationâŠ
Disappointed with our seat allocation after requesting end row seats on Grandstand T for over a year. Was assured we would be given them and that the allocations would be given a few weeks before the race. Had to keep emailing then eventually was sent a picture of an area where our seats should have been. Come race day we were no where near these so had no view of the cars on the right which is what we wanted. Emailed to say we were disappointed with these and basically was told that these were the seats allocated to Senate. If we had known this then we would have looked elsewhere. Put a little dampener on the day.

I booked with Senate for the 2024 Monaco F1 a year ago. They fixed me up with my three choices of location, one for each day, and all were fantastic. Great communication from start to finish with lots of useful local knowledge thrown in as well. All the venues were great and the hospitality superb, which my wife particularly liked! Hi David, as explained, we operate under the TOMS scheme, so there is no VAT you can claim being based in the UK. A quick Google search will explain this government-run scheme to you, and this was clearly stated on your invoice at the time of booking.
Regarding the yacht party, you were the only guest out of 100 who needed help finding their way to the yacht. I spent a lot of time on the phone with you that evening explaining where you should go. As a gesture of goodwill, we are offering you a credit voucher for this amount, as emailed to you on 10/06/22.
The streets and roads of Monaco are always congested during the F1, so we offer our guests as much advice as possible. Any guests who tell us of mobility issues are advised to book a local car service.
