Missing money
Have been using about a year with no issues. Recently, the site crashed as I was sending money. The money went out of my bank but SendApp said that they did not receive the money. My bank is now investigating a fraud case with them. Thankfully it was a small amount of money but I still want to know where my money is.

SendApp has in-expensive transfer rates and very swift transfers.
In any case, you want to receive money from your home country and the sender can't. There's an option for them to send the money through SendApp's account and you get the money instantaneously.
I've tried that part more than 3x.
