horrible full of bugs never works , used to be perfect

The worst user experience possible

I paid for the business plan and can't upload more than 10 videos.

I've been fighting with customer service for three weeks to find a solution, but in the meantime:

1- I'm paying
2- I have 141 videos to make in Sendshort and my subscription ends in 8 days

So, as a result, I've wasted time, energy, and money for nothing.

Go to Submagic. Yes, it costs more, but at least with them, IT WORKS!

-Editing videos is very slow and buggy
-When creating Shorts, you have to create one by one. You can't just feed it a long form video and it create X amount of shorts.
-Owner told me it could auto edit + auto add B-roll . Not exactly true as you have to do it yourself + the b roll sucks.
-Posting on X and linkedin doesn't work
-So can only auto post on TikTok and youtube AND can only connect 1 account each, so the unlimited plan I bought is useless.

Terrible product. I try to be positive about things in life, so I will add that the only decent thing is support at least answers fast :)

i have just got duped by sendshort.ai. first of all they would not allow me to try unless i upgrade. they have a demo a clip by Shakira, who does not even need any editing for her videos. i paid a 29$ subscription, uploaded my short and allowed me to add captions which are already there done by tiktok. It is a waste of money guys. So, I went immeditely to cancelaion and after offering me a discount and begging me to stay i insisted on canceling.the last page read: you won't be charged next month. So,guys do not come even near this app.

L'édition de sous-titres devient de plus en plus compliquée, voire impossible, avec la vidéo qui bug sans arrêt. Sans compter les autres désagréments : émojis qui se rajoutent alors qu'on les a supprimés, sauvegarde non prise en compte qui oblige à recommencer à zéro, etc. Bref, il serait peut-être temps de se ressaisir.

I made an account under the impression that it was free but it won't let you upload your own content so I tried to delete my account. But they're don't allow account deletion unless handled by one of their "live" agents. I send request via email and their built in chat system only to get ignored.

Edit: they responded.

Their support team is the worst! I made a simple request 1 month ago for my account to be deleted. And to this day i still have no answer from them!
It's ridiculous.

Software does not work this is 2bd time trying they need to fix bugs

Moi et ma petite équipe utilisons SendShort depuis plus d’un an, et honnêtement, c’est le meilleur outil qu’on ait pu tester jusqu’à présent.

La transcription est très précise, l’interface est simple et efficace, et il y a pas mal de choix pour personnaliser les sous-titres, ajouter des B-rolls, etc. Ça nous fait gagner un temps fou.

Leur équipe est super réactive, à l’écoute, et en plus, ils n’hésitent pas à faire des ristournes aux clients fidèles — ce qui est rare et vraiment appréciable.

Si vous recherchez un outil fiable pour vos sous-titres, foncez les yeux fermés.

First of all, Whenever I try to export a video it says "Network issue please reload, and every time I reload it never works still and the staff don't even reply back. Waste of money, never buy.

I was scammed, I asked if I can use my own script their agent said yes then checked their help page it said yes and there is no FREE trial so the agent told me there's 14 day money back guarantee so I registered turned out the functionality doesn't exist so I went back to them to ask for my money back they have been ignoring my messages for a week.
