Average product, sneaky warranty
Disappointed.
I bought a Senelux 25L/Day Dehumidifier Smart App Wi-Fi with 5.5L Water Tank on Amazon, in feb25, it works fine, like any other dehumidifier. Not particularly quiet, the app has never worked as you need the 2.4ghz band which some routers/mesh systems do not let you select so it doesn't work.
I noticed today that after very moderate use and the plug and power cord being loosely wrapped around the unit that the cord has split near the entry point to the unit, presumably because of the very minimal tension on it from being very lightly wrapped.
I went onto the website to look about warranty, (can't see any information on Amazon) and great, 18 months, but only if you register within 30 days, otherwise you just have 30 days! I often do register for extended warranties but there was no extended warranty here so I would expect the standard warranty to be without need for registration. I might check my rights with citizens advice, but from this sneaky terms and the fact the power cord split when the unit has not even been used very much I couldn't recommend products from this company.
Poor after support rubbish products.
Went through two ice machines both broke with the same problem within two years so called warranty.
There is no phone support they ignore your emails.
Waste of time useless took two weeks to chase up the first replacement.
Now second replacement less than a year down the line with very little use broke with the same problem.
Machine used less than a handful of times as it doesn’t get used in winter my advice stay clear.

I ordered a filter for my air purifier on 19rh feb and have had no updates at all , I have emailed 4 times and tried phoning,but the phone just kept ringing . I want my money back but no one is responding to my messages. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Will never buy from this company again

What a great company to do business with! Had a heater that developed a problem - easy to talk to the support team and was remedied professionally. Kept up to date throughout and it was person to person.
Senelux 10 inch wall fan
I originally ordered a Senelux 10" wall oscillating fan via B&Q but the box was damaged and the fan not intact. I contacted the company only to find that they were out of stock. However, Fei was extremely helpful and came back to me quickly and I was able to order the fan. I needed the fan quickly and it was expedited and arrived the next day. The fan works well and gives a good level of cooling even though it's quite small. Thank you for all your help.

Ordered a Fan 10 days ago with 'express' delivery. No sign of the fan, no communication about delivery, no response to any of the e-mails I've sent asking for an update and no phone number to contact them on. Have e-mailed asking for a refund, hopefully it comes...

I recommend this model it’s very effective. I purchased it as I have damp mould and, suffer from Asthma so the air purifying extra option is a must for me.

Disappointing Product and Customer Service Experience
I purchased the Senelux Oil Radiator 2000W Electric Heater from Amazon and encountered numerous issues from the start. Despite setting the thermostat to a lower temperature, the heater continued to operate at high temperatures, making it both inefficient and unsafe.
When contacting Senelux for assistance, their customer service was slow and unhelpful. Despite multiple emails detailing the faulty thermostat and requesting either a repair or replacement, they insisted on collecting the item for a refund without offering any solution to fix the problem.
For nearly two weeks, I've been left without a functioning heater and have received no satisfactory resolution from Senelux. This lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against purchasing products from Senelux based on my disappointing experience.
Excellent customer service
Good product but giving the stars for customer service. Had an issue with my product and the support was top notch! Email reply within hours (not days / weeks like most places these days), arranged return and kept track of the whole process. Special thanks to Lenny for all the emails and keeping me informed!

Good customer service!
Had to email customer service as the dog ate the remote control for my rechargeable fan. As I really struggle with hot flushes, the remote control is essential in the middle of the night!
Travis from customer service responded really quick, sending me the link so I could purchase a new remote.

Great product, great service
I writing this review on the basis of my experience with the Senelux Jupiter air purifier. Firstly, the product is great; well made, looks good, easy to use. Second, when I asked 2 questions about air filter replacement, I got an answer with hours, and that answer dealt with both of my issues nicely. So excellent product and service from Senelux.

An update on the basil and scabious with the Senelux grow lights. Amazing growth in January- seedlings are strong, not leggy ,so getting enough light and have moved on to true leaves. Only possible with grow lights!!

Great device and even better customer service
Bought a mini humidifier from them via Amazon after very positive feedback from a friend. Great little device. Unfortunately, accidentally broke the power supply. Contacted the company and within 48h a replacement was arranged.
