Hi Lesley,

We're sorry to hear of this. Having looked into your order, it seems that you have made your purchase through a third party seller on Amazon (techgenome) and not through Senelux directly.

I would recommend contacting Amazon Customer Support to help you with your issue.

We apologise for the inconvenience you experienced in regards to the unavailability of replacement filters and the lack of responsiveness from our customer service team. Your concerns are valid, and we understand the frustration this has caused you. We are actively working on addressing these issues to provide a better customer experience.

Regarding the environmental impact, we are deeply committed to sustainability and responsible product disposal. We acknowledge the importance of reducing electronic waste and protecting the environment. While we currently have a recycling program implemented for our products, we understand that it is essential to offer replacement filters to extend the lifespan of our air purifiers and minimize waste.

As for regulations, we take compliance very seriously. Our team is continuously reviewing and ensuring that our products and practices align with all relevant rules and regulations to provide safe and environmentally friendly solutions.

We assure you that your feedback has been heard, and we are taking the necessary steps to rectify the situation promptly. Our customer service team is being reevaluated and retrained to improve responsiveness and communication with our valued customers.

In the meantime, we would like to assure you that our HEPA fitlers last around 6-8 months with constant use. However. we would be more than happy to help you find compatible replacement filter for your air purifier through alternative means, and we will do our best to assist you in any way we can.
