I sent back the product 2 weeks ago and still have not recieved my money 😒

We took the chair on our first cruise and it was a life saver! It was easy to maneuver and worked great!! Highly recommend it!

Easy to assemble, super comfortable to walk with. Love the different height settings.

My order was placed on 1/27, shipped on 1/28. Today is 2/4, ups has not received the package. Everytime I question; it took 2-4 days for ups; 2nd contact 4-6 days. Now is 8 days; I do not have my order, and never get a straight answer

I feel shipping is a little slow. Still waiting on another item in my order. I ordered two things and have received only one at this time.

the powder did not help the fungus on my toes, i would like a refund

Worst company I have ever dealt with. I placed an order that was supposed to arrive in 2-4 days. That was three weeks ago. Called three times and was told my item had shipped even though the tracking said label was created but no other updates. After three weeks they just canceled the order and refunded the payment. No call, no explanation. They were lying the entire time.

Absolutely worst company ever. Ordered a cooler and after a week of no shipping and multiple emails all they said was it was "delayed".. wouldn't give an eta or refund, so we're starting the credit card appeal process now.

Ordered a rollator that arrived defective. They wanted to send materials for me to repair it, but I wasn't comfortable doing that. I had to pay $51 for return shipping, and then they deducted even more before issuing a credit. And I had to follow up for the credit. I will never do business with this company again.

I purchased these items for my mother-in-law who is raving about it. She hasn't fallen since I sent it to you, and I think having a quality product makes all the difference! Thank you.

I had a very positive experience looking to replace my rollator with a seat and basket and good wheels because I use to go outside. I found the customer service excellent, I could ask questions and have chat online.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered a gel pad for my knee scooter in August of 2024. The USPS was the last mile carrier to my address and because I don’t have a physical mailbox at my home decided to return my item to the sender. I have called, and emailed senior.com several times over the last 4 months to get the item or a refund and have received the same answer. So far, I have no gel pad or refund. I’m tired of waiting on an answer or a refund. This company’s customer service is severely lacking.

Bad from the start...Didn't receive my 15 percent discount for signing up for e-mails and text. Chat rep was no help. Also, they promoted a shipping timeframe that didn't happen. Will be shopping elsewhere.

Received item in a quick manner. Was able to follow shipment. Item was exactly what was needed.

I received helpful guidance in selecting the appropriate item, and the product was received in a timely manner. I have purchased items from this site before and am a very satisfied customer.

What went wrong is that I have not received the Mckesson dry wipes. Ordered them on 12/23/24. Tracking tells that they are in transit!

The restocking fees are outrageous! I purchased a relatively expensive scooter because it was the best they offered at the time I ordered it, however, a few days later I was checking on my order and noticed that a new more expensive model with features I wanted but would not get with the model I was waiting for. I contacted Customer Service and was informed of the restocking fees and return shipping fees would still be applied and learned it was 20% of the purchase price! That's over $500 and did not include the return shipping costs! Anyway, I am not against a small fee for the inconvenience, but this is are ridiculously high fees especially when you are wanting to return the item for an UPGRADE! But without even considering that, it is still outrageous.

The materials I ordered arrived in a timely manner. I got what I ordered. The price was reasonable.
