Great company to do business with. Super Fast shipping. Product just what I ordered. Great service.

My 4 year old existing septic jet aerator pump was seizing up and tripping my alarm. The OEM Jet brand pump was double the cost of the one that I got from Septic Solutions. Based on the strong reviews, flood resistant motor option, and easy online purchase process, I gave Septic Solutions a shot at winning me as a new customer. The online ordering process was very clear and easy, free shipping came in only 2 days, and it was an easy quick pump swap that solved my issue. Another great thing about this pump vs the OEM Jet pump is that the pump is more compact and the bubble deflector is about 4 inches higher allowing for temporary higher water level in the tank without tripping the pump alarm unnecessarily.

They have the septic parts I need and ship them the same day.

The product arrived on date promised and we got it installed and are very happy with the product.

My pump failed over the weekend. I called them on Monday morning and they shipped it same day had it on Tuesday.

The product is fine but arrived later than indicated, most likely a FedEx issue. When I ordered my replacement air pump on April 2 2026, there was no note on your webpage about discontinuing the pump exchange program. Yet after I received my new air pump on April 7 2026 and discovered there was no return ship label, now the website says they've discontinued the program. Will order my air pumps elsewhere as they are cheaper elsewhere; only ordered here to recycle a pump and get $50.

Have used your company a couple of times and pleased with customer service. Very professional. Every time our questions have been answered promptly and products delivered immediately. Nice to do business that takes care of their customers and stands up to their products.

I order 2 items that didn't pair, they caught my mistake, called to confirm, and fixed the error before shipping items.... ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!
