Beautiful skin
I've actually really liked using this product. In the beginning I wasn't really sure if it was going to work but now after 3 treatments I can finally say, its starting to work! I love the feel of my skin and how plump it is. There is minimal hurting when doing the treatments and instant plumping with perfect skin!

I used their product for an entire year… no change
I used their product for an entire year, every two weeks and have 24 photos to prove it. Not a single change that was positive. Over a year I have developed more wrinkles and sags that come with normal aging and this product certainly did not improve or even halt the aging process. It’s a waste of money.

My only recommendation is to have the needles on top of the serum bottle, otherwise it looks wasteful to have extra bottles.

Purchasing Experience
Purchasing Experience: Unlike other reviewers, I faced a frustrating checkout process. I was bombarded with constant upsells, which ultimately caused me to abandon my cart.
Surprisingly, Seranova processed the order and charged me anyway. I do appreciate that they provide a customer service phone number so I can speak to a human, which is a rare feature among online vendors. However, looking up the number led me to a high volume of concerning complaints on the Better Business Bureau. I will be researching these issues thoroughly before opening the product, though I may still utilize their 3-month trial period.
Feedback for Seranova: Please significantly reduce or eliminate aggressive upsells, and make your marketing videos advanceable and rewindable for the viewer.
