From start to finish my journey with serene cosmetic was great. Communication with co ordinator was reassuring. Was made to feel at ease and I felt comfortable to ask any questions. Nursers and surgeon were outstanding. Always checking on me and gave me the best care and support. Would highly recommend and will definitely be retuning in the future if I want more surgery. Really happy with my results too

So, after a lot of deliberation I decided to bite the bullet and contact Serene regarding a breast uplift and implant. I already had my boobs done 7 years ago but two wonderful boys sucked the life out of them!
Anyway, firstly - Megan thank you. You were a constant source of support and you out my mind at ease. I also messaged Lois who I believe owns the company and she was also so sweet and supportive.
I am a clinical negligence solicitor so naturally, I do my research and expect a high standard of care and it is honestly unmatched. The hospital is immaculately clean, staff are attentive and my recovery was rapid.
My results are just insane, better than I could ever imagine - I am absolutely OVER THE MOON. I have recommended to all family and friends.
Word of advice - TAKE SNACKS TO HOSPITAL. The food is fine but I wanted chocolate and sweets after surgery and it was a struggle! I wanted home comforts and I wish I had brought my own. Also in Turkey Netflix / ITV / Chanel 4 catch up services don’t work so download loads of series in advance (or get a VPN app which I ended up doing). You have aLOT of time sitting around so make sure you have things to watch!
Anyway, I would absolutely recommend - don’t walk, run!! Xx

Everyone at serene cosmetics is really helpful, caring and kind. I couldn’t have wished for a better company to deal with and I am very grateful for all their help.❤️

I messaged serene and dealt with Megan. Nothing was to much to ask she was always there whenever we needed. When we landed we couldn’t see the transfer messaged her and she was straight on it making sure that we got picked up (we did shortly after) messaged after we got home to make sure everything was fine the care was incredible from start to finish and really easy to organise everything with her help.

Iv just got back from Bodrum after having my teeth done with Comfort Zone Dent, they are perfect so beautiful and natural looking. I went for the natural shape and BL2 shade.

Let me just start off with if you are debating and going back and forth. Don’t. I had a great experience with serene cosmetics. I spoke to Megan the whole time and she couldn’t have been more helpful and very sweet. When I tell you they made the experience soooooo easyyyyyyyyy. I have done my whole body but I usually stay in the states for it and do most to all the booking myself. The process with serene I didn’t even have to think about it. They did everything and all I had to do was hook my flight they made it so easy. And they picked the best surgeon for what I wanted I got exactly what I wanted. Love serene, love Megan. Serene Cosmetic - Great company

I had been considering a procedure for quite some time
and kept backing and forthing with my decision.
Lois Molloy Founder & CEO of Serene answered all my questions and was very patient with me until i had set my mind in going ahead.

Such a smooth sailling process booking my procedure and couldnt be happier with my results so far.

Would certainly be looking to use Serene Cosmetics again in the future.

I recently got back from having my Surgery at Comfortzone with Dr.Ali Booked through Serene with the fabulous Megan .
Well after 2 years of finally making it I would 100% recommend it.
I had a Brest reduction & uplift along with a tummy tuck muscle repair and 360
Lipo.
It was so easy / stress free to book. You didn’t have to worry about anything only your flights.
My BMI just wasn’t right and they are so strict with you being at your healthiest weight this made me want to stay with them even more.and Megan was absolutely amazing with everything I had going on at home and my weight ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My surgeon Dr.Ali was absolutely amazing
Upon meeting him he explained my boobs wasn’t straight forward I had one lower than the other and a dark vein through one . He explained that I could need two procedures.he spent so much time making sure I was comfortable and I trusted him.
After having my surgery he came to see how I was doing and said it went so well i managed to do them 🤩 he didn’t fail to disappoint

I have never had surgery before . If I ever needed anything done again I would 1000% use serene again !!!!!

I had a great experience with serene cosmetic. I was really happy with the service they provided and during my time in Turkey I felt safe and looked after and I felt like the surgeon and the nurses knew what they were doing and any questions I had were answered they were really thorough and Over email. I was talking to Holly who was really helpful sorting out the dates the deposit and giving me all the information I needed before and after surgery I honestly couldn’t fault the service. The hotel was lovely that we stayed , in nurses were available all the time and answered any questions I had and the hospital was great as we did there one night anyway I had no problems with this company and would use them again if I was to have any more surgery or I would recommend them to someone else in the future if they were looking

I booked with serene for a rhinoplasty and breast lift (to be done at the same time) i gave my £1000 deposit, flew to turkey may 2024. I was aware they had partnered with comfortzone for the villas as it does state this on their website but thats all i could see in regards to comfortzone was that they used their villas. On arrival the car that collected us was comfortzone which in my mind i was questioning. When arriving at the villa we were taken to the top floor and to my disgust i cant to the realisation that i would be sharing a bathroom with other patients on my floor! In my room there was literally a bed and two bedside tables thats it! The villa was in the middle of nowhere and was not luxury as it seems online. I started looking online and came to the realisation that serene cosmetics was another name being used but was essentially comfortzone, so i started to research comfortzone and the reviews were bad. Had i have known this i never would have booked with serene. I found they had been very misleading using another name. I did not go ahead with my surgery and flew home the next day. I asked for my £1000 deposit back as they had been misleading using another name for what actually is comfortzone but they refused to refund my money back! If you are considering going with serene cosmetics, research comforzone.

I had the most incredible experience at Serene Cosmetic for my dental procedure! From start to finish, everything was seamless and exceeded my expectations. The team was not only highly professional but also incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process.

What really stood out was the flawless communication—having English-speaking support at every stage made the whole experience stress-free and so much more comfortable. Every detail was handled with care, and the results? Absolutely wow. I couldn’t be happier!

First of all I want to credit Megan for all the relentless questions I had prior to booking. She answered them to the best of her ability, even sometimes at 7pm when I’d finished work for the day.
The information provided was ALOT to take in but nothing was too much.

I booked around 6-7 weeks prior to coming and hand on heart, my experience has been great. All you have to do is pay your deposit to Serene, book your flight with whoever you wish to book with and then pay the balance of your surgery on arrival. Super easy!

The hospital is approx 20 mins drive away from the hotel whereby transport is provided each time. The hospital is called Orion and is immaculately clean with the sweetest staff. They honestly cannot do enough for you and my only grumble was the choice of food (especially when you’ve been nil by mouth for 18 hours) but honestly that’s it.

The hotel they use is called Vialand and it is stunning! They have nurses on site that will come and check on you every couple of hours post surgery to take blood pressure, oxygen levels and temperature. They also give you a nurses WhatsApp so if you need anything you can easily get in touch.

The hotel will ask you for a £40 refundable deposit on arrival so make sure you have cash and this will be returned on surgery day when you check out. You will return to the same hotel but just a different room as they’re always busy. The rooms are so spacious and beds really comfy.

Everyone has their doubts about going to Turkey for surgery. I certainly did. I got recommended to Serene by my friend Lucinda who said they were amazing so I got in touch. Lois has been absolutely amazing, I have a lot of questions with it being my first surgery and she always responds promptly if I have a query. I opted for Serene as they literally book and sort everything out for you before you go which put me at ease knowing I didn’t have to do anything.
