I recently had a tummy tuck with SERENE and comfort zone, the overall experience was excellent Lois the CEO of SERENE is amazing she is lovely explained everything carefully. Once arrived in Turkey our driving picked us up straight away we didn't have to wait. The hotels are beautiful clean amazing size, cleaned daily food was not bad. The day of the surgery the Dr came in and done his design, the only thing I will say is the consultation with the Dr was slightly rushed I felt I didn't get to ask him all the questions I wanted to ask him however, he did an amazing job and the nurses at the hospital and the hotel were fantastic. Overall this was an excellent service even after my surgery I still have contact with SERENE. I would definitely recommend serene and comfort zone 5 star service.

From booking my initial consultation with Serene Cosmetics, I have never looked back! I was so nervous, and Serene took all them nerves away. She talked me through every stage and answered every question (there was a lot!). Then the surgery itself, went amazing, the results are something else! I genuinely am so glad I chose Serene Cosmetics. I would recommend over & over again.

Could not fault this company, I was very nervous and apprehensive before getting my surgery as it was my first time but with the help of the lovely staff at serene they helped me and talked me through every step of the way that made me feel so calm and excited for my surgery. Recently went to Turkey to have my veneers done using serene cosmetic and couldn’t fault the experience from start to finish. Everything from the stay, transfers and the professionalism of the staff in the clinic was second to none. The staff at serene cosmetic were always answer any queries or questions and had putting me at ease throughout the whole trip. I can’t thank them enough and would definitely book through these guys again!

Currently in Istanbul with serene, it has been a really easy experience from start to finish, Lois from serene has been amazing too in the aftercare process! My results look amazing already and can’t wait to see them healed! Will deffo reccomend serene to others and will absolutely be back ❤️

OMG, where do I even start with my experience with Serene Cosmetic and Comfort Zone? From the very first moment, I knew I was in safe hands – and trust me, that’s exactly what you need when booking cosmetic surgery abroad!

The process was seamless from start to finish. Serene Cosmetic handled absolutely everything for me – I only had to book my flights, and the rest was completely sorted. Talk about stress-free! They even organised transfers to pick me up from the airport, take me to all my hospital appointments, and then drop me back when it was all done. It felt like VIP treatment all the way.

And can we talk about the recovery villas? Oh, babes, they’re like little slices of heaven. Meals included, professional aftercare on-site, and a vibe that made me feel so looked after. The team was super knowledgeable – you can tell they’ve all been through this themselves, so they really get what you’re going through and were there to answer every single question I had.

My patient coordinator was an absolute angel – English-speaking and SO organised. Everything in Turkey went like clockwork, thanks to her. Plus, the board-certified surgeons at Comfort Zone? Legit amazing. I felt 100% confident knowing I was in their hands, and the results speak for themselves – I couldn’t be happier.

I had the best experience with Serene cosmetics and comfort zone for my breast uplift and implants. From start to finish the commutation and care has been amazing. My booking coordinator is called Megan and she has made this journey so straightforward and easy going for me,she answered any questions I needed and the aftercare has also been great!
The taxi services were excellent they picked you up from the airport and dropped you off at the new hotel which by the way was absolutely fantastic the rooms were huge beds were comfy! I’d recommend bringing a iPad like I did because the tv only had one English Channel.The hospital was clean and spotless the staff in the hospital were so on it and amazing with you. If I wanted surgery again I’d definitely come to comfort zone the care I got from start to finish was so thorough and the nurses genuinely cared about each and every patient. I’m very happy with my choice and my outcome,thankyou very much!

Biggest mistake going with Serene.
Absolute sham of a business, please look at comfort zone reviews!
I had breast uplift and implant and was so so unhappy with the whole experience. Customer service was shocking, accommodation was so unwelcoming and uncaring. They do not care about you once they have your money,
The communication after is appalling.
Aftercare was shocking, the only positive were the nursing staff in hospital were lovely and the drivers.
They couldn’t even tell me what size implants I had for three days! Forged my signature on documents around implant sizing.
I made a complaint and requested a revision with another surgeon, serene declined this and only contacted me to beg me to take down reviews I made which were all factual as ‘they had families to feed’
Influencers are paid to promote and don’t even stay in the same accommodation.
Do not waste your time or money!

In regard to your reply- I did not get surgery with a friend nor compare myself or my body, which you have kindly picked apart and insulted I don’t know where that part of your response comes from, - I met someone else in the recovery villa who had surgery who also was deeply unhappy with her results. She has actually had children so I’m unsure where this information has come from that you are referring to. In terms of forging signatures, I am unaware that the other patient experienced this too, however again wrong information she WAS offered a revision and flew to turkey for this, to be told she needed to pay thousands more than agreed prior to flying out - so again, wrong information you are referring to.
I have myself asked for the professional photos you have taken of my breasts but not received them- I’m sure a professional photo can show them differently. I have never disputed an improvement just not to the standard I expected- I am now having corrective surgery not only to achieve the result I hoped for but to correct the unnecessary and extensive scarring.

I genuinely couldn’t recommend serene cosmetics enough! From the moment I was in contact with them till the end of my procedure I just felt at ease. Everything went so smoothly, they are professional and my results are 10/10. I’m so happy I can’t stop smiling with my new teeth! Thankyou serene!!

Where do I start!!! Serene cosmetics have been absolutely amazing! Lois the ceo ensured absolutely everything was perfect I could recommend enough. I’ve been really hesitant with booking abroad but this clinic specifically is ran by uk assistants so nothing is lost in translation. When enquiring with Serene they gave me the best advice and realistic outcomes through a consultation before hand with the dentition. They sort your whole experience from transfers, hotels and breakfast and aftercare. I had the best week and I was absolutely in love with the outcome. I even had the chance to change my design after the first fitting and all this was included!!! A few months later and my life has changed forever thanks to this wonderful team. If your looking into getting crowns or veneers abroad then definitely do it through these guys ❤️

One word to describe my experience at serene cosmetics is UNBELIEVABLE! From the first message I sent to Lois at serene enquiring about my treatment I received nothing but love & care, Lois could not do enough for me and was so caring, patient & thorough with all details and options related to the treatment I was wanting. I recently had my teeth done with serene after 2 failed attempts in the UK were I just was not satisfied with my results . I can’t explain how happy I am with my results from serene I literally feel like a new person! My whole face has changed for the better , they are everything I wanted and more . I could not fault any single thing about serene cosmetics my whole journey ran so smoothly and I felt so safe and comfortable throughout . The hotel Doria was absolutely fabulous ! Food & drink was exceptional and the pool and views were stunning I wish I could have stayed there forever ! Transfers were always on time and provided drinks and snacks on the journey I was treated like royalty ! Serene was always there no matter the time of day if I needed somebody to speak to they was always there to help. Thankyou so much serene I can’t wait to visit again very soon !

I have been for surgery in various places in the uk and abroad and can say this company is by far the best from the booking and consultation to arriving the hotel the actual procedure and all of the staff including the after care and follow ups and ongoing contact from the CEO Lois has been amazing she is such a gorgeous person and really professional! I’m over the moon with my new teeth and I’ve recommended to so many people and I will be going back in the new year for more procedures. If you are thinking about any cosmetic procedure at all don’t do anywhere but to these guys they are brilliant!!! Seamless from start to finish.

SC handled my teeth journey and amazing from start to finish most simple and quick serviced they didn’t even give me time to stress because everything was handled for me amazing so reassuring and most friendliest team. I recently had my teeth done that was booked and organised all through serene cosmetics. All I had to do was book my flights and turn up to appointments that was messaged to you the day before! Lois has been fantastic not only with taking the stress out of organising everything but with the patience before I flew out and now even after. It’s always nerve racking having anything done abroad but I was made to feel at ease, the dentist practice is clean, modern and was always greeted with the biggest smile. Everyone there that I encountered with was super friendly. My dentist was knowledgeable in what she was doing and was so gentle. I would 100% book through serene cosmetics again and would recommend anyone who’s looking at having anything done abroad to do the same.

Absolutely fantastic experience and service. My partner and I just had to show up and they took care of everything. I had 26 teeth done in matter of 3 days.
Can’t recommend them enough!!
