Serenelife NZ Ltd

Lovely product, seems my hair is under more control after a night on the pillow!

Lovely silk pillow slips. Looking forward to trying my new silk duvet inner in winter!!
Everything beautifully packaged.

I appreciated the prompt delivery of the sheets I ordered. Really love these tencel sheets and I will be using this company again to buy more tencel products

Top service, product lived up to expectations and such a quick turn around. Thank you

Product was delivered very quickly considering it was ordered in the Christmas / New Year Holiday period, but on opening the package some staining from packet domes was found. Serenelife responded promptly to an emailed notification of issue, and arranged both pickup of the faulty item and replacement with new in good time and exactly to their promise. "Stuff" happens, but great service is making it right after it went wrong. I have no hesitation in recommending Serenelife as a reputable vendor.

Wonderful service. Had to replace a sheet set that I had purchased and the response was immediate - they picked the sheets up from my house and replaced them straight away.

Super quick service, and they threw in a silk eye mask! Was such an unexpectedly lovely nice touch.

Order processed very quickly and delivered within a few days - excellent, hassle-free service thanks
