Doesn't work, I managed to fully charge it but it won't turn on. It's shoddy and I'm disgusted that these people get away with it. I will be returning the product to: the USA

The product never worked. The battery will not hold a charge. This product is a scam. despite many complaints to Facebook, the company is allowed to continue to run ads on Facebook.
Emails to the company are not answered. I am left with a useless £60 product.

I would give one review if I could, I purchased an item because they offered a 30 day money back guarantee, you have to email for return info, but despite numerous emails, they do not respond, their website looks professional and caring, but they donât give a flying fig about customer careâŠâŠ. Do not buy from this company, I will be requesting a charge back from my provider
Update: I have now been given a full refund after contacting my bank for a charge back so at least I now have a positive result ð

Absolutely appalling customer service. Received item but it is no longer required. Iâve tried on several occasions to request a returns form and even though the website details a reply with 24-48 hours, there has been nothing. Letâs hope for a reply through here.

The product (item) arrived damaged product. Its not working. Ordered on the 30th January. I received on the 5th of Febuary, plug and charge for 3 hours. But it's not working.
I want a refund or another product and where I should drop the product for pick up.

Customer service is severely lacking
I recieved this product and it was working great, but it would not charge. It seemed as if the charging port was faulty. I contacted the company and asked them if they could replace it. I got a response asking for video of the item on charge, which i sent back. This was in August 2021, and since then I have sent 7 emails regularly asking for updates, and a further 4 emails to other email addresses i have found. I have not had a single reply since. The product is fine if it works, but dont count on any kind of customer service should you need them as you just get ignored.

The product, when it worked was highly effective, however after recharging it for only the second time, it doesn't turn on. Absolutely no response from emails. Poor customer service unfortunately.

I received the product at the beginning of September, after noticing the unit had quite a bad rattle to it when opened I contacted customer services to ask if this was normal before I used it, or a fault. After an email exchange they asked if I could send a video which I did, but had to chase up a week later to see if any updates, and again 3 days later. Finally on 30th September I had a response saying they were happy to send a replacement and could I confirm my address, which I did straight away.
I emailed on 19th October to check as I hadnât had the replacement, no reply, again I emailed on the 27th Oct, no reply, through their Instagram account, no reply!
I have since emailed on 29th October requesting a refund as per their 90 day money back guaranteeâŠ.no replyâŠand again 4th NovemberâŠ..NO REPLY!!!
I donât understand how the customer service went from being great and replacing a faulty product to never replying to me ever again!!!
Awful service, really disappointing and Iâm stuck with a faulty product.
