I had excellent experience with Serenity insurance . It is so nice to speak to an agent that was personal answered your questions . As well as helping me find the best deal for my needs . I highly recommend them it is so nice to have excellent customer service and personal touch treat yourself to this experience you won’t regret it .

They are really helpful very professional,and well my experience was a pleasant one everything was discussed and explained in detail about my policy and I had no problem getting hold of them online and by phone all in all it was a good experience I would refer you to everyone

That agent was very helpful and professional she explained it to me very clearly and walk me through everything to see that I understood my policy. They lied too start with just to get my money!That guy out in co Lane Washington lied to me. My price went up $3000 after it all said and done after they were reviewed it never use them.

It was quick and easy the price is great as well

I'm blessed with the best customer service I had with the ladies that knew I was a mom and have been LIED to about my record. It's why I'll always give credit to the HONEST employees that DESERVE it. I'm a single mom and anyone that will LIE to make a few bucks is taking food out of my kids mouth. They'll have to live with that and it's why I thank God that there are still HONEST people out here.
