Paul was engaging and totally kept me feeling validated. There was no problem understanding the terms and fees as he was very easy to communicate with and understand. I will definitely be referring others to Serenity Insurance. A gem hidden in Spokane for sure.

How fast and efficient you guys were

11 years with USAA and they just kept raising their rates to the point of no return. Guess they are more proud of getting rich than they are of military veterans these days so I found Serenity and switched to easy, fast and friendly service that Serenity performed for me and also with being hundreds of dollars cheaper than USAA, it was time to switch to Serenity for me.
