Excellent product I had actually bought one of these candle holders somewhere else and managed to source them here Exactly the same product but much cheaper Arrived well packaged and on time I will definitely be buying from them again

Disappointed with this product, not easy to assemble and ladder not particularly stable. Also extremely disappointed that futon mattress is extra, as well as having to separately purchase mattress for upper bunk, this makes it a very expensive purchase!

I spent £61 ordering a 65cm flute vase only for a small cheap looking candle holder to arrive in its place. Two emails later and no response. Absolutely disgusted with these con artists. Avoid at all costs!!!!!! Will be contacting trading standards

Ordered a duvet and experience was great. Would use again and the duvet is excellent quality and beautiful

Do not bother to order from this Company. I ordered a headboard before Christmas & it arrived damaged. I have been trying ever since to get the issue sorted, even offering to keep the goods if they refunded part of the purchase price.

Parcel arrived within time limit, well packaged. Easy to assemble and very sturdy.All screws etc present, nice unit.

Overall the experience was ok. The bed was supposed to arrive 3-5 days after day of purchase. However, we ended up waiting 2 months for delivery. Communication wasnt great, it does take a few days to receive a reply from customer service. On the other hand, the bed arrived this week, and I couldnt be more happier with the quality and style.

Good priced item. Communication re. delivery excellent and mirror arrived much earlier than expected.

Do not use this company been waiting 2 months for a rug and still no response, don't reply to emails or phone calls!

Not worth the hassle. Go somewhere decent! Ordered a stag painting, after a long wait, I received one of horses for some reason. They promised to deliver the correct one and collect the other. The delivery team told me on their arrival they only have a collection and there isn't anything to be delivered. After multiple emails and phone calls weeks later, I'm still waiting for my item or a refund.... Just stay away from them, they're shockingly bad! UPDATE it's now coming upto 3 weeks and I'm still waiting for the tracking number for my item! I keep getting told "I will reply shortly" and a reply never comes. Still no item, still no refund, still no reply... Nothing. I'll keep updating until this company stops messing me around!

I purchased a baby walker for my Granddaughter for Christmas so it's still boxed up. So unable to review. From ordering to delivery was excellent.

Excellent service from point of order to delivery. Mattress extremely comfortable. Delivery drivers very polite and helpful taking. Actress up yo room of choice. Well done!

I am really impressed with the customer Service from this company, in particular Charlotte, My bed arrived ( within 48hrs of ordering ) without assembly instructions, Charlotte replied the next morning, the instructions arrived by the end of that day, I then contacted her about the mattress, she was on to it staight away and replied within in the hour. Excellent service

Awful service. Delivery for my order took 2 weeks with no correspondence, then the incorrect item was sent. Was picked up immediately, but 3 weeks after order I'm still waiting for my correct item to be delivered. Cannot speak to anyone as the number goes to a voicemail and no one returns your calls. Not worth the price, buy elsewhere!

My baby loves the baby walker, he goes where he wants with the walker. Nice product. Good comunication with the seller. Thanks!

ORDERED 2 CHAIRS,1 DELIVERED,PROMISED THE OTHER ONE 2 DAYS LATER,AS IT WAS NOT LOADED APPARENTLY,I CALLED 2 DAYS LATER TO BE TOLD OUT OF STOCK ,AND I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT FOR NEW STOCK.SO LIES/LIES AND MORE LIES.STILL NO CHAIR,SHAMBLES,I WAS SCEPTICAL BECAUSE OF OTHER REVIEWS,i WISH I HAD ORDERED elsewhere.,Still no communication,Please do not order from here,unless you want to be dissapointed,frustrated,and out of pocket,terrible company,and if you ring transport 37p per mintue scam

Lovely bed, took a while to put together but the YouTube video is very helpful. One star less as I had to chase up delivery but have to say once I did they were really on it with great correspondence and delivery drivers. Would buy again from Serenity Sleep.

Wardrobe is as I expected, easy to install, all pieces on place. But the yellow label, difficult to remove and visible when I open the cupboard is making only 4 stars.
