ServerMania has been a fantastic hosting partner for us. Their performance is consistently solid, uptime has been reliable, and their support team is responsive and knowledgeable whenever we need help. Setup was smooth, and the infrastructure has scaled well with our needs. Definitely a provider I’d recommend if you’re looking for dependable dedicated or cloud hosting.

Nice and affordable service with data centers in UK. I was looking for dedicated server hosted in UK and this option is reliable and affordable.

Been using this datacenter for several months now and couldn't be happier. The managers are professional and always ready to help, support team responds quickly and actually solves problems. Pricing is very competitive for the quality you get. Highly recommended!

Excellent hosting provider - reliable and professional

I’ve been using ServerMania for a while now and currently have 8 servers with them. Overall, my experience has been very positive.

The servers are stable, performance is solid, and the service has been reliable for my needs. Support has also been professional and helpful whenever needed, which is very important when managing multiple servers.

What I especially like is that everything works predictably, without unnecessary issues or downtime. For anyone looking for a dependable hosting provider, I can definitely recommend ServerMania based on my experience.

Good server provider with good prices and locations I had no problems with them.

ServerMania was able to find a suitable system for us to do a Proof of Concept. When we were ready to roll out, they had challenges initially finding an adequate solution but our rep spent considerable time to find us a Server that would provide the requirements.

The support from the team has been incredible, quick, accurate, and high quality.

I would recommend them to anyone and will use them as our needs expand.

The service was automatically renewed for another 12 months in late December, and an invoice was issued for the upcoming year.

I no longer needed the VPS and did not wish to continue, so I did not pay the invoice and submitted a cancellation request.

Instead of processing the cancellation, customer support replied saying they would proceed only if I posted a positive review on Trustpilot, and asked me to notify them once the review was published. This is what they wrote exactly: "As you have been a long time customer I can proceed with cancellation if you can provide a good review in [trustpilot link]. Please let me know when review is posted and I will proceed with cancellation."

I found this inappropriate. Reviews should be voluntary and honest, and cancellation of a service should not be conditional on providing marketing feedback.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend the company.

Support is very responsive, per email usually in a few hours.
Sales department is also very flexible in regard to Customer needs.

I strongly advise against using the services of this company.

I contacted them with the intention of renting a dedicated server in Los Angeles. From the very beginning, we clearly stated three critical conditions for cooperation:

The ability to announce our subnets from our own autonomous system (BGP).

A BGP session to be established on their side.

The physical location of the server must be in Los Angeles.

The sales manager confirmed that all three conditions could be fully met. After that, the company spent several weeks relocating the server from Vancouver to Los Angeles, and we paid the invoice in good faith, based on their assurances that everything would work properly.

I would like to highlight that the Russian-speaking manager was very responsive and helpful — communication with him was much more convenient and efficient compared to ticket correspondence.

However, once it came to announcing our subnets, it turned out that the company could not fulfill this requirement. Both managers admitted their mistakes: the first one provided incorrect information, and the second failed to verify it.

When I requested a refund, they refused, citing a “no refund policy,” even though they openly acknowledged their own fault. This situation appears very similar to fraud — one manager misled us, another failed to double-check, and in the end, they simply apologized and offered only to shut down the server immediately.

Naturally, I did not leave it at that — I initiated a chargeback via PayPal, I’m submitting this complaint here regarding the company’s actions, and I also intend to report the case to the CRTC, as I believe this constitutes a direct violation of consumer protection laws, misleading conduct, and the improper retention of funds for services that were never delivered.

We’ve had a great experience with ServerMania since moving our infrastructure to their data center. The team is very responsive, easy to communicate with, and consistently willing to go the extra mile to help with any questions or issues. Overall, very professional service and a partner you can rely on.

Overall, the company has been awesome with keeping up with any issues and setting up of the serverbox. using the box has been very easy to use and is able to handle all the data we need it to deal with. it's able to run multiple ARMA 3, teamspeak, and other game servers with little issue.

Overall I would highly recommend Servermania. They are a great company when it comes to trying to meet their customers needs. We had some custom requirements and they worked with us to fufil these and design the servers we needed to meet our benchmarks.

Owner took the time to contact me personally, and sorted out issues I had. He apologizes, then went above and beyond. I appreciate that.

They work well for intensive processing and large projects

This has been an absolute nightmare. My server has been down for 5 days straight, and ServerMania’s so-called “support” is a complete joke. They reply once a day, with copy-paste answers and zero real help. Their live chat is even worse – they just say, “we’re working on it,” over and over again, without giving any ETA or even explaining what’s going on.

I’ve dealt with many hosting companies over the years, and this is by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced. If your website or business actually matters to you, stay far away from ServerMania. Once something goes wrong, you’ll be stuck waiting for days while they feed you empty promises.

This company doesn’t care about customers, uptime, or accountability. I regret ever trusting them with my data. Do not waste your money or time on this garbage service.

Really poor customer support. I've had periods of downtime during the time that I've used them. It's now time to find a new host.

I've been using Server Mania since 2016 and have encountered more outages then i can count over the years. I've stuck with them because of the low price, however my VPS has now been OUT FOR A FULL WEEK on an unannounced 'maintenance'/data center move and support was anything but helpful as to what was going on or when the service might be back. (With multiple cases where service was supposed to be 'back up any moment now' only to have no service for several more days without any follow-up.)

Their customer support team is very nice, responsive, and always willing to help whenever I have questions. On top of that, the pricing is reasonable and provides excellent value for the quality of service. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would highly recommend them.
