Don't buy anything from here. They changed their name from vpsfast.net to vpsfaster.net. It's a complete failure.
They activated my payment in half a day. I noticed that at the bottom of their website, they said they'd been operating since 2016, but when I checked, the website was listed as being from 2025. I suspected it was a scam, so I contacted the payment system I used to send the money. The payment system couldn't contact them, and now they've blocked them. Half a day later, and a bunch of complaints, vpsfaster.net confirmed my payment and activated the VPS. When I'd already taken a different VPS, they said, "I told them to refund me, I don't need your VPS, especially considering it doesn't even have a web panel." They simply emailed me some dubious information, and in response, they said, "We don't issue refunds," even though they'd written in their reviews that they do if the request is submitted within three days. Overall, I think the service quality of this dump is clear.
By the way, here's the letter from the payment system, and I quote it:
"Your request (313702) has been updated. To add additional comments, reply to this email.
Good afternoon!

Unfortunately, the merchant did not respond to our request and has been blocked within our system. If they contact us, we will be sure to let you know. We have taken all possible measures to reach out to them, and if they do not respond to the block in the near future, we recommend that you contact other regulatory authorities. Once we receive an official request from them, we will gladly assist in the investigation."

They take your money, don't respond to tickets, can't setup server in 3 days, the invoice is paid the server is pending, they charge higher than competitors for shitty VPS service that they can't even setup automatically! You should learn how to prevent bad service because you're nailing it at the moment!

You responded little over, after 30hrs, instead of it being fraudulent activity, you sent me an apology and said my services will be up and running shortly, I can provide my TXID and everything the invoice is cleared, you are just a scum site, you sent me a response yesterday and the server is still not up, I'll post another update to let everyone know how slow these bastards are or even if they will ever fulfill their promise! Other sites provide instant access to VPS's and YES I'm using a different one already!

On behalf of choosing your services, yes, might have been my fault that I didn't do enough research, keep showing your true colors, we are all here for it, it's freaking funny how you respond here quicker than in your customer support tickets!

I have payment for hours now and i opened a ticket but since yesterday no one has answered and i think i have been scammed

After my brother recommended these guys for my website, I decided to give them a shot, and wow, did they deliver! They are highly trustworthy and competent, and they reply to all tickets promptly in the event that something goes wrong or need help. They are excellent at informing me of any maintenance outages, or even updates that are underway, and I haven't encountered any problems at all.

I bought a French OVH server and after 3 days the delivery process is still "Provisioning Queue", they don't answer the ticket, so "VPSFAST.NET" it's completely "scam".

Simply scammers.

Below is my experience:

1. I paid for the purchase of a Maltese vps. After making the payment they told me that this vps is not available, and they don't even want me to get a refund.

2. when the payment is made, on their site it appears that the payment was not successful. It follows that I made the payment again, only to discover that I had paid twice.

3. They won't refund me the duplicate payment.

1. Only after I paid did you tell me that the service was not available.
What a waiting list, if you sell me something you don't have at least you should refund me.

2. False. I made the request more than three months ago. To date I still have not received 1 euro.

3. I don't need meaningless answers from your customer service. I simply need my money back.

In short, as well as scammers, you are also liars (and low level).

Very useless site. You pay but have to wait for two months to get your VPS with no communication from the support team.

vpsfast.net.br doing scam, sometimes they charged extra from the card and then when ask for the refund. They will simple add the credits. After buying the server with the credits, server didn't deployed automatically + they are not even replying to my tickets: #5407718
#2290982. The tickets are opened from 17th august, 2023 but no reply at all.

Poor technical support + scammers.

Support doesn't reply. A week no reply, server is still down.

Daley and not respond quickly

Never buy VPS from this website. They have awful support. I have had a problem with my VPS for 10 days and I have sent several tickets, but no one is responding. There is no server management panel .
0 star rate .

the worst, they have visible services that they don't have, and they don't refund my balance, they take days/weeks to answer a message, besides an inefficient customer service.

they 're thieves !!!!! the money was taken, but the services were not provided. Technical support is not responding.

it says that the money can be returned but I didn’t get anything back, the support is terrible, I don’t advise buying anything here

Confirmation of payment and delivery of the order is done with a lot of delay.
