Lovely support team, knew exactly what I needed.

CPUs shows up in a box that looked slightly like an accordion when it got to me, due to some abuse it took during shipping. However, that didn't matter, because these were packaged very well. Lot's of bubble wrap and BOTH cpus were in SEPARATE anti-static bags. This is how they should be packaged (recently had a purchase from someone on Ebay who put them in a plastic bag and they were broken when they got to me). After that experience I decided to buy from Server Monkey because I knew they would send them the correct way, and the CPUs would work.

Was able to adjust my shipping needs before the order went out. Just called and paid the difference.

Great service and they kept me up-to-date when the shipment was delayed due to parts needing to be ordered for my larger order. Even split the order up at my request to ship out a single server ahead of time so that I could meet an immediate deadline.

Easy to work with and a great price!!!!

I've ordered 8 CPUs. So far, they've always been delivered promptly and work perfectly. My only complaint is that they usally still have old thermal compund on top, and sometimes even the bottom is dirty. They worked fine after I cleaned them off.

I've placed two orders with ServerMonkey recently. Their site was well organized and I was able to find everything I was looking for quickly. I ordered Dell R620 server rails, cable management arm, and server RAM. Pricing was in line with my expectations. Both orders shipped quickly, were very well packed, and received in good condition. I received exactly what I ordered. The RAM passed all tests and is now in use with no issues. Rails and cable management arm were complete and in good condition, also now in use.

If I had to characterize my experience with ServerMonkey, I would have to describe it as seamless. I had a need and, before I knew it, I had what I needed. It is too easy to overlook the amount of work it takes to make that happen. No surprises, no snags, no disappointment. I will not hesitate to order from ServerMonkey in the future.

I had ordered some rails for my DL380 G7. They arrived with one jammed. After contacting ServerMonkey they shipped a new pair to me, no RMA or additional charges.
