Overall good

Shipping was a trifle slow and had issues for first setup - but helpdesk did their job and sent me instructions on how to reset and now it is humming along. No scratches and no dents. The only thing which bothers me is the noise from the fans. My previous Dell 1950 was a lot quieter. But it's still a nice little machine.

Good, but careful with item details and description.

Good: Item worked. Priced right. Excellent packing/shipping.

Bad: The item description did not clearly state the card had a low profile mounting bracket only.

When I had trouble installing RAM


When I had trouble installing RAM purchased from ServerMonkey, Eugene in technical support was very helpful diagnosing the problem, which turned out to have nothing to do with the new RAM, but was due to a slightly bent pin in the pin array connecting the riser to the motherboard. He was very responsive and helpful; straightening the pin fixed the problem. Five weeks later the RAM is still working fine.

ServerMonkey is *the* place to go for


ServerMonkey is *the* place to go for servers. I am a huge fan after they saved us easily over 10K over the cost of a new Dell server. They really do the best they can to make a user's experience awesome, and they succeed in that with flying colors.
