What a joke of a company. If there is an issue and you decide you dont want their services, you better be prepared to cancel within the first 72 hours or you "fall outside of the approved time" to get a refund. Plus, I recommend not calling the numbers on the emails they send you because I have been trying for weeks and there is never an answer. It appears to me they only work via email so they can keep you on the hook long enough to not give you a refund. Plus, they do have a chat option, but even with my experience of using their chat option, it still took 3 plus weeks for the appropriate person to get in touch with me. If you want to work with a company that doesn't seem to care for their customers or clients, this is definitely the one you want because it's clear there is no concern other than their bottom dollar.

they will give you "facts" which I am sure are true for them, but my experiences show that also some facts to remember, their phones dont work so dont try to talk to ac actual person, 3 weeks of calls and not even a voicemail to leave a message, also, weeks of no responses. just be careful.

first off the service is not good i kept getting dropped stream. I wasn't getting customized players, i wasn't getting my streams on social media after if you look on the plan you guys provide that and then you dont want to refund me i want my service to be canceled and refunded right away. this company cost me so much money. I had the best plan im taken this review on social media too.

I can order a custom configured server in a few hours.

My order was handled with precision and arrived very vast and as promised when making the order. Everything arrived well packed with additional attention because of the fragile products that I expected. Extremely pleased with my order, the website of the company had very helpful description of the products that it sells, additional points for that.

My first call to setup the service was easy and straight forward. I would recommend.

Their service is garbage.
I put around a thousand dollars on my account, bought 2 servers. After around a week, one of the servers went offline, without any notification about it.
They didn't explain why it happened, didn't return any money, didn't explain why it would not have happened in the future.
Then, 2-3 week later, the second server went partially offline. I mean, incoming internet worked but the outcoming didn't.
It caused an outage in my services and money losses.
I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

there was a little delay to setup server but may be my unusual request. Without claim at least the server was up! Good communication and professional service. Good and serious company.

I have been a customer of this company for several years now. There’s been several times that I was unable to log into my account. In one case it was my error in the configuration files. I contacted tech-support and the problem was fixed within a day. Recently, I ran into another issue of not being able to login to my account. I contacted tech-support and the problem was solved in less than 24 hours. The technician had to reinstall the entire system and now I have no problem logging in. It is very possible that there might’ve been a break and attempt to compromise the server as of this review system is running perfectly with an updated operating system I would recommend serverroom.net for anyone who needed a dedicated server.
