Very good service!
I have contacted Server Room several times with various queries and found it Quick and easy to reach someone and have them resolved. Very good Service!

Horrible service I purchased a dedicated Vmware server from them with Raid 5. 3 times I had issues with it and it was giving of a storage alert and the 3 times it went down and they repaired and not replaced the drive till the 4th time it failed raid 5 and I Lost all my data. This is not a reliable service they don't monitor they don't fix issues when it reported as i did 3 ties with disk issues and outages. They use old failing hardware. STay away from this company

4 Days ago, I order server! Not at all used because expired password. They reinstall, same issue. They try charge me 29.99 for password reset. Support also slow.

Their systems allows you to hire servers with impossible specs so they could retroactively ask you for more money, claiming it is your responsibility to make sure the CPU specs of the server they offer you can actually support the GPU specs. Servers listed under "4-24 hours" are not really available and after you hire them you are informed that it is written in the fine print that ACTUALLY they could take up to 10 business days to supply. Support takes forever to respond.

4 days in after my payment, my account is still marked as "unverified" and no services are yet provided. I tried calling them, but some weird dude picked up the phone, barfed out a few words and hung up on me.

If there was a way that I could send a review without a star that is what I would do. This has got to be the worst customer service ever. My son went to the AT&T store and purchased the iPhone 11 Pro somehow the phone is disabled with some kind of cold in it that we have no idea what it is and we can’t get nobody to help

Purchased my first server from them good so far

I purchased a server with a 1 Gbps dedicated connection, immediately did speed and latency tests from around the world, and I wasn't given anywhere NEAR a 1 Gbps connection, much less dedicated.

The customer support, which you will need even if you can compile your own kernels, because their hardware can't handle anything. I am pretty sure I was given a 7+ year old Xeon with 1066 DDR3, and wow it was terrible.

A $80 VPS beat my server in every speed test except multicore and, the VPS only had 16 GB of RAM compared to that of 128 of serverroom.net

I wouldn't say this is a scam, they do sell servers, but there is a reason for the price. It's very very bad.

First: The support is #1 top rated.
Second: The performance out performs other services.
Third: Pricing is competitive.

Server Room won my business and do not play to look any further.

Have had a few problems in the past but were resolved super quick with their 24/7 live chat! I am very thankful for how they managed my server and have been very generous.

I've been a customer with them for 6 months. The support staff is friendly! They honestly have the most reliable and affordable GPU servers around. I highly recommend them for streamers, or radio networks! If you know linux and OBS basics it's a breeze to setup and begin streaming!

Update: Needed help with one of my servers and they fixed it very quickly. Super impressed with their service and quality of their servers.

I order 12 hours ago Invoice #724736 and wait server. near 1 hour late come server and so much slow in SSH after that i want re-install and try on dashboard can not possible. Whatever i talk online dept and they start re-install os and i wait 1-2 hrs i checking and not seen than i say my self sleep now when wake-up i seen server. Re-install later (in 11 hours) can not seen anythink in dashboard. Not ready not install my paided device. Whatever i not like this and want full refund money! Than start my all probems. Have a kid at online support tell always managers 30 minute later come at office, i call phones and have idi0t man at phone i not understand what talk same like broken speaker i talk want money back tell me 1 hours later come manager! There is company or garage sellers?
Without professional company servers is slows. 1 ssh commant work in 1 seconds! SLOW SERVERS.
EDIT: They make refund money after my comment here.

Edit: After initial problems regarding bandwidth issues, they were able to provide a full refund on the charges. Their Facebook chat service was very efficient. It's a pity that their support system doesn't have a ticket system and it took almost a week to get full support / and clear answers from them.
