Ordered some new rubber feet for our Smeg gas hob,these were for the pan stands,simple to place the order,some were initially out of stock and had to come from Spain,however it didn’t take long for use to receive them,outstanding service from Servastdirect again,would highly recommend them to anyone wanting replacement parts.

First class service from a company for a change. I ordered an element for my oven on Sunday night on line at 10pm, I had a confirmation e-mail at lunchtime on Monday saying they were processing my order and I had a text from DPD at 8am Tuesday morning telling me my delivery was planned for 1pm on the Tuesday. I got home after work at 6pm and by 6.30pm I had the element changed and the oven working to get dinner on the move. Great service, very much appreciated.

I contacted this company about identifying the particular model number of my very old SMEG oven with no surviving data plate so I could order some replacement oven seals. I heard nothing for a week or so and I assumed they couldn't or weren't interested in such an old model. However, I couldn't have been more wrong. They did reply, explaining they had sent my photos to the SMEG manufactures in Italy and one of their engineers had identified the model number. They also gave me the correct spare parts serial numbers. These were promptly ordered and fit perfectly. Superb customer care and attention to detail.
