I’m writing to share my feedback on the recommendation of Millennium Place Barsha Heights. Having just completed a year-long stay, I must express my deep disappointment with both the property and the recommendation.

The apartment had a persistent, unpleasant smell, and the air conditioning was ineffective, leading to constant humidity and discomfort. The air quality was so poor that mold developed on my clothes and in my wardrobe, ruining many of my belongings. Despite paying a high rent, the cleaning service did nothing to address these conditions, and the front office staff and duty managers were unhelpful. Even the amenities, such as bottled water, were provided grudgingly.

The only positive aspect of my stay was the helpfulness of Fahad from the concierge.

Unfortunately, I felt compelled to stay due to the financial implications of breaking my year-long contract, despite reporting these issues numerous times without resolution.

I am disappointed that the agency did not adequately check this property before recommending it. I hope this feedback will lead to improvements in your future recommendations.

My name is Anand bedekar I visited golden sand 3 apartment in dubai on 13 to 19 November 2023..your front desk service was very bad .people on the front desk are very rude.. fighting with cab drivers all the time in front of customers.very non cooperative..very bad experience..

You see one price on the website, for a serviced apartment, yet, when you book it, the price goes up.... strange. How can one trust ServicedArartments when they can't keep their word?? I see one I need, and when I'm booking or confirming the price, it goes up by 35% or so.

I was specifically looking for a serviced apartment in Dubai for 2 months. I came across this company, and they responded swiftly and gave me options according to my needs. Reall good rate and easy to use portal. The Sales Team are cordial and helpful.

The only serviced apartments comparison website I could find for Dubai on the internet. Their sales representative made it even easier to get the best rate for a month rental. Highly recommend.
