Absolutely do not use this company as an avenue for generating Job leads. I have had one (extremely poor quality) lead in the nearly four months that I have been signed up. Before I decided to use the service i was receiving a call a week from these guys looking to sign me up. I haven't heard anything from them since I signed up and paid the yearly fee. I haven't received a reply to multiple emails that I sent to my "account manager" asking why there are no leads being generated. Simply put, these guys will not generate your business leads, stay far, far away from this "service" it's a scam.

Kevin from Bonnyrigg i just had a bathroom reno done by a company called above and beyond plumbing and i tell what Naih Bazzi lived up to his companies name he and his team went above and beyond from the word go we kept changing thing did not bother him he even suggested better ways to do things thanks mate great job well done if i need any more work done i know who to call thanks again

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. Tradesmen quote one price after receiving a detailed and accurate description of the work then up the quote a thousand dollars after visiting the site as it is acreage. My selected contractor seems to have cash flow problems - he got me to pay for some materials then added an unpaid account for another customer to the amount. Just avoid Services Seeking (SS) and try ringing friends for recommendations.

I found service seekings leads to not be too bad. We had a couple jobs , low ROI overall.

Serviceseeking advertises "Lawn mowing Mt Helena $20 - $30/hr".
First reply $100-$150/hr 2-3 people +.
(I am 73 and can do it in 2 hours.)

BEWARE OF THIS SITE !!! DO NOT USE IT !! I CANNOT EXPRESS HOW BAD THIS SITE IS , one of the businesses caused a lot of damage and service seeking was allowing him to take the job although he could not do the work at all , All my customer made kitchen was ruined in the process thousands of dollars of damage SERVICE SEEKING DO NOT COMPENSATION AND ARE NOT HELPFUL OR COMPASSIONATE after what was done to me , and the guy is still allowed to advertise his business
SERVICE SEEKING DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU !! They only care about getting money from the businesses !! GO THROUGH BUSINESS THAT HAVE INSURANCE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE DOING A BIG JOB , you will get screwed over if they do a bad job and SERVICE SEEKING WILL DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO HELP YOU

First time user, I placed a very detailed add with plenty of photos . Most people did not come back with actual quotes but offering a phone call (which never ended up in a better offer to those that actually made an offer).
Also, I got contacted by someone who claimed to be "new on the platform" but somehow had 339 reviews, some as old as 2020. When I asked him about it he said this was an error of the page as he had just started with service seeking. That made me not trust the platform altogether as it seems the data is messed up.

Stay away from this app.they will ripp you off and take your money.paid for a year membership and one customer complained about me so airtasker cancelled my account after 4 months without my persion.dont waiste your money here

Please do not use. They do not vet the suppliers, no accountability if things do not go to plan or if there are problems. You can write a poor review on their site, but that won't stop them from advertising their details.

A bunch of trashed people.
Got a guy who would like to take my job then took me 5 days to confirm as he only text me one time in the morning. Yes reply will be on next morning very early which when I see his text will be too late. That's fine, after confirming the job then it is so hard to lock in a day to get my things done. What he done was again ask me every early morning can he come. I was the one who paid so I think he should work around with my schedule. Finally I get some other people to get my job done not from serviceseeker.

Service Seeking make promises and lies. They used every sales tactic in the book to get me to sign up, promising they’d contact me before the next billing date to discuss my account before they charge me. I had my doubts, as my niche isn’t particularly popular on their platform, but my "account manager" reassured me I could cancel during that call. That call never came, and to my surprise, I was billed yesterday.

When I emailed them about it, their response was essentially a dismissive "too bad, so sad," claiming they can’t issue a refund. Every business can refund if they choose to—this is just a matter of their unwillingness. The promises and assurances they gave were outright lies.

To make matters worse, the quality of the leads they provide is atrocious. Most of them are time-wasters just kicking tyres. They rarely reply. I never received one job as they never respond, the few that did, never continued responding. It is the most bizarre thing, I actually wonder if they are just AI leads.

They claim to look after their customers, but the truth is, they don’t care at all.

If you’re considering using their service, think twice. It’s not worth the hassle or the money. Be warned.

Worst service, total rip off

I highly recommend ASR Contracting PTY LTD in completing work that was required when I requested their service. The service was exceptional in every aspect of what was needed to complete my patio and walk- way being paved, any delays I was consulted immediately, which I really appreciated. The team were always available to answer any questions that arose during the process of the work, which I was thankful for. Even going an extra mile to complete work that wasn't even scheduled, with no added cost. I recommend ASR Contracting as the quality of work was consistently outstanding and very impressed with their professional and customer service

James doing really great job on Service Seeking. Now I am happy with his Service.

I would of giving these guys a 4 star review but due to them calling me about renewing my subscription I kindly told them I don’t want to this year but I’ll be signing up in the future when I need the service they still took out the money and I can’t get ahold of them and when I did they said it will be processed within 5 business days and they will take an admin fee out which I was ok with I just wanted most of the money back and yet still nothing. Now they will never see me sign back up ever again and they get a 1 star review which seem common for this business
