We are on our 2nd year of operating our


We are on our 2nd year of operating our business on Service Titan. It takes the first full year to completely adapt and get your processes flowing. We have had 5 specialized individuals really take us to the next level operating on Service Titan. We added two Pro Products the past year implementing them had a few bumps but we were able to get additional help on getting the most out of them. We look forward to continuing to work with our Customer Success Manager to keep up learning and grown to maximize it for our company!

***First Service Mechanical was using Service Trade previous to our onboarding with Service Titan. We had a terrible on-boarding experience with Service Trade. After the initial 30 days we had almost no help with any questions or concerns. If we did have questions, the only contact was to text the tech chat box that responded by sending us an article to read. If the article was of no help, we had to find our own work around. We had to do all of the troubleshooting. It was extremely frustrating to not get answers to questions.

I am delighted to report that we have had the exact opposite experience with Service Titan! We love that we have had constant communication with our own support person in Service Titan from the beginning of our onboarding. All of our success managers at Service Titan have been great! We have been working with Nick Lopiano for the last few months. We cannot say enough about Nick! He is outstanding! He is by far the best and most informative Service Titan success manager that we have worked with yet! We are extremely impressed by his dedication to making Service Titan a successful tool in managing our company.

FSM is a commercial HVAC company. Our workflow is not a typical Service Titan customer. Nick skillfully addresses all of our commercial HVAC concerns. Nick has thoroughly answered all of our questions and found answers to all our problems. If Nick does not know the answer when we meet with him, he promptly responds with an answer to his research by e-mail the following morning. He includes a “how to” video for easy explanation.

Nick has patiently stuck with us and given us so much time and attention. He has never rushed through our Zoom meetings. His knowledge of Service Titan has helped us understand the power of reports in Titan and better practices with helpful tools and tips. We are using Service Titan more effectively because of the support that we have found from Nick. If Nick cannot find an explanation for our questions, he brings Parker into our Zoom meetings as well. We are so grateful for being allowed to be heard and he patiently works so hard to find solutions for us to equip our team to successfully use the software. I am extremely impressed with Nick and working with him has really helped us grow professionally.

Industry Must Have

ServiceTitan is an industry tool for those contractors or service providers looking to take their business to the next level. The software is constantly improving and adapting with the changing times. Having one software to manage marketing, dispatching, financing, follow-up and so much more, makes a huge difference for our team.

Absolute horrible experience

Absolute horrible experience, they promise the world, and when it comes time to deliver, they provide nothing less than 1 star service.

They are trying to lock my small business into a 2 year contract that is vague and catered to their defense, which would be ok if they delivered on what they promised.

After repeatedly dropping the ball throughout integration and data import, they tell us that we have to MANUALLY do payroll? wasting our time and our money.

I could make this review much longer, but please beware of this company, look at their google reviews, they are all the same. Locking people into contracts and sending them to collections. BUYER BEWARE

Update: SERVICE TITAN, If “your sorry” then do something to fix it, don’t fill me up with empty words and promises.

They have a full innovative product


They have a full innovative product that comes thru every time. As with anything there is always issues but if you work with them they have always come thru with solutions that work. I shopped them out when prices went up and no one else offers everything they do. I would have had to buy multiple software's to do what Service Titan does for me today. I am very happy with the product. It is innovative, easy to use, convenient for the customer and support has been great.

Thankful for the Titan personal support

I have done several reviews of the team members I have worked with - all great! The product? Also great. I underestimated how much learning as well as trial and error would be involved in terms of actual implementation. Several of us did trainings together and while the training felt comprehensive at the time, actually using the product - dashboards, reports, etc. has been overwhelming from a leadership perspective. I am forever grateful for Ashley for almost literally holding my hand and helping me to find my way. She has been helpful in explaining the why's and how's, getting answers for me, helping me find the best ways to do things so I'm not constantly trying to do things the hard way! Product is amazing, but it DOES take an expert to help you acclimate to all of it, especially coming from a less than optimal product.

Worth Every Penny!!

Moving to Service Titian was the best decision our company has made! We have been live for 2 years and seen significant growth, increased efficacy & accountability across our entire company thanks to this software! Onboarding was grueling but we were warned that it was going to be a lot of work and we would get as much out of it as we put in, our Onboarding Specialist Erin was AMAZING and our Success Manage Victor is AWESOME!
It is worth every penny we pay for it!!

We enjoy ServiceTitan but I will say it


We enjoy ServiceTitan but I will say it does have some quirks and manipulations that need to happen to get through some important tasks, but I also will say customer service is so very helpful and will get you through any issues that arise. They fix any issues that happen with glitches or software issues promptly. From an Accountants point of view - Excellent software. User friendly software.

We keep having a recurring issue with


We keep having a recurring issue with NMI updater not running. It happens about every 4-5 months on average. It's frustrating that this issue hasn't been resolved. In Addition your frequent UI changes make it difficult for users to catch up. Some of the changes have been helpful but as soon as users get used to one you're making more massive changes.

I think service titan is mostly a great


I think service titan is mostly a great platform. The biggest issue I have as a negative, is that using multiple devices(I use 3), results in being told to reset your password. I’ve been told this glitch has been present for years and hasn’t been fixed yet. As a supervisor this is very frustrating.
