Great products i ordered for my parents highly recommend!

This company assured me that the product they sent would be dimmable. They sent an additional dimmable kit and canopy. The remote for the transformer didn't work. They sent a new transformer that won't fit in the canopy and they refuse to help any other way. The fixture is installed, but not dimmable.

Package came a day late thanks to the carrier, but the fixture arrived mint. Support sent the updated tracking and checked in after delivery. Appreciate the follow-through.

Purchased a “wrought iron” chandelier. Does not contain or resemble wrought iron. Instead it is cheap, tinny and a cheap spray paint gold. The light bulbs flickered and strobed the first day it was turned on. A terrible, utterly worthless purchase . They failed to publish the review I submitted to warn others. Beware!

CAUTION!! I ordered a $6000 chandelier and got 20% off (so $5100) with free shipping. The chandelier arrived and was so cheap looking that I decided to return it. The company said they would take it back but would charge me $899 (yes, $899) for them shipping the product to me. Their return policy does not indicate that they would impose a hefty return fee for them to ship the product if returned - and would not cost $899 to ship an item even with insurance on the package - I own a company and ship thousands of packages a month & have some packages insured up to $5000 and the cost is only about $100.I would also have to pay for shipping back to Seus Lighting (which is what I expected) and a $225 restocking fee. *** ORDER WITH CAUTION WITH THIS COMPANY ***. You can find the same products at other lighting companies - cheaper and honest.

I’m completely unimpressed with this company and the quality of their products. I purchased the Appa Rustic Tree Branch Chandelier for $699 (originally listed at $1,199), and it looks nothing like the photos on their website. In person, it’s much smaller and feels cheap.

When it arrived, the branches were covered in a dark, sticky stain that got on everything it touched. It also didn’t come with the proper mounting plate for a standard American ceiling outlet — I had to order one separately. To make matters worse, the lights are very dim and barely illuminate the room.

When I reached out about returning it, I was told they wouldn’t accept the return without the original box. The original packaging was filthy — it came straight from China, blackened on the inside, and filled with crumbling styrofoam that made a huge mess in my home — so of course I threw it out immediately.

After I threatened to leave a review, they reluctantly offered to take it back if I paid to have it professionally repackaged and shipped. They sent a QR code for UPS but refused to provide a return address or confirm where it was being sent — a huge red flag. They also said I’d be invoiced for the shipping after delivery, with no idea what that cost would be.

At that point, I decided not to risk it. I’m now stuck with this low-end fixture and out nearly $700. Buyer beware! This company hides behind flashy ads and a nice-looking website while delivering poor-quality products and shady customer service. Shame on them.

The installation was a bit challenging, but once it was set up, the light looked fantastic. The instructions could definitely be clearer.

The lamp is nice, but the color wasn’t exactly what I thought from the photos. It still works in the room.

Good value for the price. One part was missing, but customer service handled it promptly.

The lamp arrived promptly and brings a warm, cozy atmosphere to my reading corner.

The chandelier looks fantastic, even though the delivery took longer than expected. I'm still very pleased with how it turned out in the end.

The outdoor wall lights we installed by our garage are sturdy and give off a welcoming glow at night.

Customer service with Seus Lighting has been exceptional! The light is great quality for the price. We had some questions about how to put together and customer service responded quickly and very helpful.
