Recently, I booked my family’s flight tickets to Banjul, and I must say that Mr. John provided an excellent service throughout the entire process. He handled our booking very professionally, patiently answered all of my questions, and kept in regular contact with us until we safely reached our destination.
I was truly impressed by the way he managed our tickets quickly and efficiently, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. His dedication and customer service were outstanding.
I would definitely choose Seven Zones Travels again for my future bookings. A big thank you to Mr. John and the entire Seven Zones Travels team for their great support and professionalism.

I booked with Sevenzones Travel company on 16th February, 2026 for very important family holiday but they did not deliver the services. I made two instalments and when it was time to make the third and last payment 9th April, 2026, the agent, Steven started to make excuses. He said the flight was cancelled until I contacted the airline to realise it was lies, no flight was cancelled, the agent was trying to change my flight to a cheaper one to make extra profits for the company so I requested for my refund, one staff will say one thing then next minute, they say the opposite. Eventually, I reported to the bank, police, citizens advise bureau etc including writing report on Trustpilot. The supervisor, Fari kept making threatening phone calls for me to delete my review and that if I don't delete it, my refund would not be paid. It has been nerve-recking and traumatizing to deal with this company.
Their website has the sign of ATOL but initially, I did not check. I only checked when I was scammed and when I checked, their company is not on ATOL website.
So far, on 27th May, 2026, the company paid 1/3rd of total amount.

I write to highly Commend Aliza williams for the oustanding professionalism and Service She has provided in managing my flight arrangement for over three .
Aliza makes Complex International booking Seamless. What Stands out most is her proactive guidance -She Consistently advice and Sends timely reminders for gradual part payment of fares before deadlines. That alone has Saved me from Last-munitStress and higher Costs multiple times.
She Combines deep knowledge of rours and Airline relationships with a calm Solution-Oriented mindset.weather it's rebooking during Cancellation or finding the best fare Options, She handles it with Zero drama .
Based on this experience, I have full Confidence in her ability to take on higher responsibility within the Organisation. I have personally recomended Aliza to friends and relatives for their flight arrangements and I am pleased to recommend her for advancement.
