We posted your order the next day, the package arrived in your country 3 days later, however, it has been held with Customs in Belgium since.
I submitted the information they required this morning, so hopefully it'll be released soon and delivered to you.
I wish you contacted us earlier and before giving us this 1-star review. It could be sorted out earlier. Please understand that we have no control over delivery once the packages are handed over to Courier.
