Love sew over it for the beauty of The fabrics and the quality. The patterns are superb but I prefer the paper patterns to pdf. I was disappointed that Lisa has done both of her books in pdf .

Ordered Swatch samples to compare fabric. Only slight downside was a 3-4 day wait for post delivery, as I was super excited to get going on with my new sewing project.

The service was prompt and I am very pleased to receive the pattern, a gift fo my mum for mothering sunday. She was thrilled.

Really helpful with all my email queries before I even purchased anything. The transaction didn't quite go according to plan as it didn't deduct my gift voucher when connecting with paypal but this was swiftly rectified when I raised the issue. Delivery was quick and all items were well packaged.

For some reason, I didn't receive an email confirmation for my pattern purchase, so I was unsure if it had gone through - but the pattern arrived promptly and everything seemed to be fine, despite the lack of confirmation!

Fabric ordered wasn’t in stock although it wasn’t showing as out of stock. Got email message 2 days later asking if wanted to choose something else, which I did but it was also not in stock although wasn’t showing out of stock on website. Bit disappointed not sure I’d order again
