Great customer service
I had to unfortunately cancel my order and the team were fantastic with communication and dealing with ir quickly. Everything they said would happen did in the time scale they gave me, no quibbles at all. I will definitely be ordering again.

Wrong Width
The shoes were shipped and received promptly, and in good condition. The reason for 4 star review was that the shoes sent were the wrong width. I was definitely looking at the wide widths on the web site, and believed I selected the wide width. The order form just specified the size no mention of width, so I felt I had ordered correctly. Customer service was pretty good and easy to work with on the return, but having to wait for the item to be returned prior to getting an in store credit back so I can reorder is odd, since you already have my money and should receive a notice that the item has been sent via UPS.
