I ordered a pair of Pleasure "crazy"âŠ
I ordered a pair of Pleasure "crazy" heel-less shoes. Before I placed the order I asked (email from questions on there web site) if the shoes came with a small piece that inserts into the bottom of the platform. I had to asked (email) after several weeks to get them to answer my original question. They did and even sent a video of how this piece works. I ordered these shoes, and they didn't come with this insert. This is after I took the time to ask and they gave me bad information. They did offer a refund or a discount in a timely manner but overall, they don't know their products. I was told that the images were being removed that showed this insert but to date they haven't. Next order I have will be with Pleasure.com and not them.

Slow shipping, no communication
I had a disappointing experience. I sent them an email - no response after a week. My items were delayed and shipped in 5 different shipments - none from there location. It appears they are just drop-shipping and taking a cut off the top. Drop-shipping is fine but at least answer emails.
