My wife told looks like Ali baba item.
And I paid for original Hugo boss hoodie.so is not Hugo boss ! Can you scam the tag. Send to Hugo boss but is ok any way IS NOT GOO QUALITY !!! That’s it.

The order has been delayed for too long, so much so that October 26th was my birthday and that's why I made that order because it would be my birthday gift and today is October 30th and I don't know anything about my package.

Good company with quality items and excellent correspondence and professional customer service

Ordered 2 pair of shoes and only got 1. Had to email them to find out one of the shoes we're out of stock. Don't understand why I was even able to order and get charged if it was out of stock smh. Communication was not so good.

I received a response email from you that you will review my request and sent me an email with the information needed to send back the item. Not sure why it will take this long to where to send the return. I need this to be taken care of asap.

Ive reached out twice via email, and twice via the "contact us" portal on your website to no avail. I ordered shoes in blue and received them in all white, at this point I will be disputing it with my banking institution.

This is the worst online company. I needed to return a pair of shoes I purchased because the buckle was faulty. The company made the return process incredibly difficult, as reflected in many other reviews. Everyone seems to have the same complaint. This company needs to understand that they can't mistreat customers. If an item is defective, they should just allow returns. Making returns easy will encourage people to shop again. Every other company I've ordered from has been helpful with returns or replacements.

This company, however, should simply process a return or replacement without making it so hard. Terrible. Absolutely terrible customer service.

I did not receive any information about the return e-mail. I sent e-mails many times. I will never shop from this site again!!!!!!!!!!!!! . I am still waiting for an e-mail to request a refund. It's like a joke.
