Second Purchase arrived today. Both times now my orders came well packed and in a timely manner so I will no doubt be shopping there again.

What more can I tell you I ordered something I required which was a product I needed which I ordered from you having as yet not received this product there is not much more I can add

Fantastic product at a good price, on the second time I placed a order a item was missing and they promptly replied to my emails and reposted out missing item.

Portable compressor does not charge up

Well I needed a battery tx031 and I received one is TX031 2b and that does not fit my old rattle gun?

Good product, easy to order, prompt delivery

It arrived on time and the postie rang the doorbell so didn't have to go to the Post Office to pick it up, which is good.

Well, I received my order and I’m a little disappointed because it’s not what was advertised. It was advertised with a charging outlet USB which prompted me to buy the product and un receiving it. There is no output. This seems to happen a lot when you buy things online just over it.

20v 4ah batteries are very prone to failure. As there are no alternative batteries for use in Topex equipment ( I have not been able to source any), it becomes a very expensive supplier of cordless equipment.

Products are good quality and delivery was within a reasonable time frame.

I ordered two items but only received one, and it was an essential item. The management system is terrible.
