Great service at a very good price point. Consistent level of great service from everyone with all queries answered quickly and in detail. Have recommended to a number of other inside and outside IR35 contractors.

SG has provided an efficient and very very responsive service. The onboarding process was smooth but the standout for me has been the response, in quality and timeliness, to my queries for this my first Umbrella experience. The pension related service, for no extra fee, was key to me choosing SG and this has proven invaluable.

A consistently good umbrella, and not just for rainy days! Give SG Umbrella a look, they are very competitive, flexible and FCSA Accredited to boot. Not only that, but they are very friendly and helpful.

SG Umbrella is by far the best umbrella solution I have used over the last 20 years in IT contracting. Their Customer Service is superb (knowledgeable, friendly and readily available), payments are always made on time and their portal allows you to access all your payroll artefacts at any time. There are never any frustrations or issues with SG Umbrella, just real professionalism.

I've been consulting for more than a decade, SG umbrella is the best out of the best, their service is second to none. There is no fee for pension contribution, Helen or Katie always responds to email queries on the same day. I came from PayStreams and joined them becasue of their no fee service for pension. I have not been regreted a single bit since then.

I needed to use an umbrella company for a short contract. I selected SG Umbrella as they were super helpful and responsive while I was researching my options, and this experience didn't drop-off once I was on their books as can happen with some organisations. Whilst I can compare directly with other umbrellas, I can highly recommend SG for the quality of service I received.
